He is a Dark Eldar foot soilder of the higher houses. There a dime a dozen but they are Dark Eldar.

They also carry Molecular Edge Blades and Splinter weapons all douse in poisons that can kill space Marines who are immune to poisons.

I dont know. I seen Experience Guardsman take out Dark Eldar Warriors and Wyches. A Kabalite is not too far up there except for their blinding Speed. However any scratch from his blades would auto kill Cap or Bats.

@CadenceV2: They also have crazy senses that would pretty much ruin any chance of a sneak attack.

Edit: Then again Caps and Bats can keep there distance and Cap will throw his shield and Bats can spam every Batarang he has

Batman's greatest asset against stronger and faster opponents is his stealth. He doesn't have that here. Even the average Dark Eldar solider has armour that can absorb standard human ordnance in the 40K Universe, so I'm pretty confident he can survive the worst of Cap's attacks.

What weaponry did the Guardsmen have?

I know one of Colonel Schaffer's Last Chancers Novels had his Lt. Kage and the Albino Clone chick of Solar Mechanus kill more than a few with their Laguns and a Knife.

@Ferro Vida: Not really. Kage has killed Nobs with a blade, Slain Nid warriors with a Blade, heck the guy took out mutiple Tau Battle suits with a Lasgun and some Grenades.

I probably should have emphasized that the Kalabite doesn't have any poison weaponry and in the first round doesn't have armor either.

Without armor in the First round i say team wins even with the fact that the dark elder stats are propably superior. Both bats and cap have incredible h2h feats. Round two the eldar with his armor and standard weaponry (even when not poisoned) should win. 40k armor should give enough protection from bats gadgets and caps shield while his weaponry is still deadly.

Kais is also a walking plot-device!!!! The amount of Astrates and Raptors I killed in close quarters was insane!
