@blackpantherisb: The misconception comes from multiple youtube videos stating that Doctor Strange suddenly became less powerful. Like Pre-Retcon and Post-Retcon Beyonder of sorts. Which just not the case. I think the misconception comes from the fact that Strange does not have impressive feats in Modern Age. While that is true, that is just because he did not have his own series. His appearances consisted of guest appearances.
While Kyle Rayner and Superman are not weakened, their showing is absurdly less impressive as well, but the reason why Strange is a different case, is because unlike the former 2, he does not fail to preform as impressive feats. He just was not doing as impressive stuff. He was barely fighting. So there is the difference. And even then, he preformed several spell feats that are quite impressive, and rival his classic showings, if not surpass them.
They just seem less impressive because they are not combat related. I think another misconception comes from Strange's extremely poor performance in a lot of modern issues, but that is the case because he did not have Sorcerer Supreme status for like 5-6 years, and his appearances in 2000s mostly consist of his depowered version. He was weaker, since Sorcerer Supreme is not just the title. In other words, there is no reason to distinguish the two aside from limiting Strange's feats, which is pointless. He should only be separated to "Sorcerer Supreme" or "non Sorcerer Supreme".
And I guess few amps, additional amps, artifacts, Zom empowerment and what not. But not classic or modern.

Unless you mean low Skyfather, I wouldn't go that far. It was pretty clear he is below top tier Skyfathers like Odin. He was more like low Hell-Lord. Now he is more impressive, but I would still say below Odin, noticeably.
