Meant to ask you a while back, specially on the Sif you posted. I was impressed initially with the gorgeous lines and beautiful art. Just wondering why there is such a difference from Richards art from three or so exceptional pieces, to these that I am posting.

It's good work but not at the same level, almost 2 different artists.... These are current so it's not that he changed so dramatically in a short period of time. The differences are mostly in his faces and also the enlarged limbs, the styling is there but the proportions are not.

I am guessing the real artist is the ones I am posting and the others are from reference or something to that effect.... just curious...

@decept_o: sorry for the delay getting back to you. Yes, I rep seven artists. Richard is one of them. :)

@ramsillustrations The Guardians of the Galaxy pieces are two 11x14 commissions. The power girl is a 2.5"x3.5" sketch card. As is the Supergirl image you posted. Angel was a quick sketch at a convention. The Batman and Wonder Woman piece was done to sell at a convention as well...and I quite like that one.

The art that I posted on this thread is not mine. I am doing my art for fun at the moment but planning on entering the field when I can confidently make deadlines time and time again.
