Tien, Trunks, and Goten need some more character development and abilities. Tien's last great haul was during the Cell saga, and he's been absent from the grid ever since in terms of powers. If he could at least rival against the new trained Piccolo, that'd be respectable.

Future Trunks with the ability to turn SSJG I don't care if he needs other Saiyans to be able to do it. If Vegeta found a way so can Trunks.

Piccolo needs an upgrade. The Sayian circle jerk between Goku and Vegeta has gotten old.

I chose Krillen, but I'd like 18 to power up alongside him. I don't think we'll see Pan fighting, considering the time frame of the series.

HOW IS PICCOLO WINNING HE IS RELEVANT

Well, you know what they mean by relevant. Piccolo needs to be MAX POWER! or else he isn't relevant.

I voted Piccolo, Tien, and Uub. These 3 characters have room for unique abilities.

Tien can get a new 3rd eye Hax ability. Maybe learn to transform the life force that the tri-beam uses into a massive stat booster.

Majin Buu magical powers can be expanded upon with Uub. Maybe add some soul attacks to his arsenal.

Piccolo already has abilities he never uses. I think we may see some unique abilities from piccolo soon.

Tein, Gohan, Piccolo are my picks, and I find it funny how Yamcha's not even on the list
