Ok, so Mia 'Maps' Mizoguchi is Damian's sorta friend from Gotham Academy, whom he makes a point of calling her his friend on several occasions where as Mia Ducard aka No One is the daughter of the original No One whom Damian killed and one of his only friends. Ok, so lets set aside the fact that both of their names are Mia and that they both have short hair and have tendencies of going on adventures their no where near qualified of being on and that their both the only people i know of who Damian calls his 'friends'...... No, that's about it, thoughts?
