What?
Hoo boy. I write this review with a bit of sadness in my heart. This book, up to the past couple issues, had been great. I'm not sure what has happened, if perhaps Cullen Bunn has lost interest or is working harder on other things, but the Cap and book is suffering. This is the next to last issue and I think it may need putting out of its misery. The story, a fast-paced, difficult yarn to follow, is weak and honestly, even though its almost over, I have no real clue whats happening. I am waiting for an answer to the question of what's going on, perhaps the finale will sum it? As for the art work, well, it isn't very good. It's very stylish, which is a good thing, but its a style with little detail and a very archie-esque style. I just don't think it fits. Sadly I have to say, unless your a Cap fanatic and/or have been following this run all along, I wouldn't bother with buying it.
