Bling! was a student at the Xavier Institute for Higher Learning. A young mutant in training, she eventually joined the X-Men to help them battle Apocalypse.
@jordama: I remember that! I recall thinking at the time that it was really out of place, when she said it, but cute none the less (or maybe because it was so out of place).
@pixie_child: Atleast Bling didn't fade into nothing. Flubber and Rainboy were depowered and Onyxx was killed. Not really a good thing to be in that squad
She should have a little fling with Karma! lol (P.S. Why are so many gay/bi characters not as "human" looking? ex. Bling, Mystique, Anole, Greymalkin, Hulkling...)

yeah your right it is wierd cuz a lot of the gay/bi characters are unusual looking. i wonder why... also im not sure if mystique is really bi she might just have pretended to be. @Jotham said:

she's actually quite pretty if you saw her in another panel.
She had that thing for Foxx, who was Mystique in disguise back a while ago, like when Xorn was around. She admitted that she was a lesbian back then, and she still is.
@Violet-Eyed Dragon: Onyxx is not gay, The comment i made was in refernce to the squad they were all on, Bling was the only technical LGBT member.
Shapeshifters are more likely to have LGBT ties, Hulkling, Mystique etc. I think the visually distint LGBT memebers stand out, but there isn't a correlation between LGBT and less human appearance. If you look through yonslaughts GLBT list it doesn't appear to be that big of a deal.
