UDRH Batman was the perfect Batman characterization, in my opinion. Everything about him is exactly what I want to see in a Batman who has been at the job for approximately 7 years. The design was good, and Bruce Greenwood's voice is second only to Kevin Conroy.

UDRH Batman for me, but I do think that it is a little unfair to compare a live-action version of a comic book character to a cartoon version of a comic book character.

Better in a what sense? overall I like nolan's batman but under the red hood batman is much closer to actual comic book batman, they are both aiming for different things so comparing this is weird

I'm gonna go in for TDK version because I just think there is more substance and character in what Bale and Nolan did over the course of a live action trilogy than UTRD, excellent thought it was.
