Will Killer Croc Be In Batman 3?

We know that Christopher Nolan has officially signed up to direct Batman 3. We know that they will be doing some filming in New Orleans. There also that Mark Millar tweet where he said he knows who the villain is and it's one of his favorite characters from his childhood. 
 
The folks over at Slash Film put the pieces together and came up with Killer Croc. He made his debut in comics in 1983's Detective Comics #525 which could fit in with Millar's youth. Also, New Orleans is close to swamp territory, which has lots of gators.  
 
Killer Croc as a movie villain could probably be pulled off. He's definitely more believable over characters like Clayface and Mr. Freeze in the "universe" created in the last two films. Killer Croc also had a big role in the Arkham Asylum video game, which loads of non-comic book readers even played. Smart money would say that the Riddler or Catwoman would easily work but they've both already appeared in past films. Perhaps Nolan will try to adapt a villain that hasn't been seen. What do you think about this? Could Killer Croc work as at least one of the villains?
