@G-Man: Hey Thanks for this review man, I've been trying to decide on buying these. I'm a big Bat fan, and wanted some content for my iPhone with him, and there's not much, so I'm wondering, compared to other Digi Comics you've seen, such as well done ones like SpiderWoman, how does this hold up?

It's only when I start getting annoyed and bored by them.

You can always watch them on your computer.  Maybe someday you'd get an iPod?  I actually watched most of them on my laptop.

Yeah there was more than one.  You could always check out the preview clips at iTunes.

You bring up a good point.  Perhaps as a niche type of thing, then I can live with it, it's just that this sort of thing isn't my bag, baby....

Remember I'm no spring chicken myself.  I don't see these as replacing comics, at least not anytime soon.  The fact that it was $4.95 and some comics cost that (Thor #600), this is a better deal in terms of content and time.  Even if Thor #600 was triple sized, I don't know if it'd take 45 minutes to read.  I thought it was a cool thing.  Nicely done.  Something different.  And maybe it will appeal more to non-traditional comic readers.  If it catches someone's eye while they're at iTunes and decide to actual start buying comics, all the better.

Honestly, this is a hard sell for me.  Perhaps this is a reflection of my age and inflexibility regarding computers and technology, I don't know.  It more or less looks like a slow moving cartoon.  I still prefer the tactile comic book, one you can hold in your hand, and one where you can allow your imagination to interact with the words and pictures, much like you do when reading a book.  Perhaps as an amateur artist I am a bit defensive, but I like seeing the up-close artwork.  Yes, I know many comics have been digitialized with digital inking and coloring.   I'm not even fond of that in itself.   For $5.00, I can rent 1-2 DVDs, buy a comic book, buy a paperback book or magazine.  Maybe this will appeal to some but I don't know how  much marketability it has.  I know DC and Marvel have branched out with Digital Online Comics but I've not bothered with checking these out.  *sigh*  Maybe I am just getting old.....

There was also one on the Wanted blu-ray.  I was disappointed that it wasn't the full comic.
