Minato quickly deduces that only Madara would have the knowledge and power to figure out when the Nine Tails seal would be the weakest on Kushina, how to defeat an Anbu member, and how to get past the village barrier and the barrier around Kushina. He was right in the sense that Madara was the one who provided this information to Obito:

Flying Thunder God
Minato's signature jutsu, this is a teleportation technique. He uses it in tandem with his special kunai to teleport to the marking on it, manually places markers on enemies/locations, or uses it to telelport away foreign objects.
The Second Hokage, the creator of the Flying Thunder God, says that Minato is better at the jutsu than him:
The mark of the Flying Thunder God never disappears, so once Minato places one on you, it never goes away:

Kyuubi Chakra Mode (KCM)
With the Yin half of Nine Tails sealed inside of him, Minato is able to go into Kyuubi Chakra Mode just like Naruto:
Minato is adept at using his chakra arms, creating one for himself and allowing a lot of other Allied Shinobi ninjas to pull on others he created as well:
Tailed Beast Mode
Minato can also enter Tailed Beast (Bijuu) Mode, just like Naruto (Minato is on the left):
