I am perfectly OK with this idea. The original Bizarro from the Silver Age was always a good natured, well meaning, heroic nuance so the fact that this new one is something similar only increases my interest.
TBH, I'm, a little disappointed that Gotham and GG won't be sticking around as heroes, but I guess this is what the writers had in mind the whole time so there's no point in going on about it. All in all, this was a good issue and considering how much DC's comic line has improved as of late, I don't think it's right for me to complain. :)
Now this is an improvement of new 52 wondy. This is what Wonder Woman should be. Kind, Compassionate to the point of even helping her own nemesis from losing her mind and especially, merciful. this is a far cry from the whole "God of War" aspect we've had to put up with for so long and I love it. ^^
The New Super-Man book and a majority of the Rebirth titles are what i'm mostly looking forward too. not to mention The Legend of Wonder Woman. One of the most definitive origins for the character ever. :) Here's hoping Wacky Raceland wins people over soon too.
@heirtothekingdom: You gotta love Lois too though. I mean Jon openly expects Lois not to forgive him for killing her cat when he was trying to save it, but she does anyway and Jon doesn't have to be depressed about it. Mother of the year right there. :)
The art is absolutely beautiful. I remember seeing Gleeson's drawings back in the early 2000s and they still hold up even to this day. The writing is also wonderful, giving us back the friendly, kind, optimistic and good natured superman we've longed for all these years. And of course the interactions with Jon are marvellous. here's hoping the two become the definitive Superman/boy (aside from Kenan Kong who I have allot of hope for) after Rebirth is complete. :)
@2099man: It would be interesting for gotham city to still stay the #1 most crime filled city in america if that happened. Tho tbh I still question it sometimes seeing as how many bird/bats there are.
But yeah I see what you mean. It would be interesting, but not forever, tho them being relevant at least longer would be cool.
Story wise, Gotham simply wouldn't be the crime infested hellhole it is if my suggestion came true. (at least not in the hands of a competent writer.) Of course, Bats would probably give them some training, get them prepared, maybe even give them the dose of reality they need to work in Gotham, but i'd love to read about a Gotham City that's relatively safer and a bit more pleasant with heroes working day and night to protect it. At any rate it's an interesting idea.

Way, too, many, bat, family, members, really, we don't need more, just last issue they introduced Snyder's 3rd unneeded & unwanted add to the family, we are at 13 people now, I hope to god they are temporary.
I said help the Bat Family not be part of it. These guys just wouldn't fit in on the team. They don't even have bat/bird emblems and that's pretty much mandatory for getting into the club unless you happen to be Robin. No, what should happen is while the bat family patrol the night, these two patrol the day. It would be an interesting concept. I mean are we really supposed to believe all of Gotham's crime happens when the sun goes down? The idea of Gotham City having round the clock protection would be an interesting concept.

With my theory about Gotham and Gotham girl potentially being Nite-Owl and Silk Spectre now DOA, my next guess is that they're actually receivers of the new 52 Supes powers along with Lois and Kenan Kong. Either way I really hope those two will stick around for the long run. those Gothic G's in those diamonds make great emblems. Maybe they can patrol Gotham during the day while Bruce and the Bat Family do the usual night shift?
