    Meeting the Juggernaut

    No Caption Provided

Miranda started calling herself D-Cell and started living on the streets, where she met a few fellow youngsters. She then started to use her powers on social media live-streams in order for her to get as many views as possible.

She crossed paths with Juggernaut, who is especially susceptible to her powers. She and her friends were squatting in a series old buildings that Juggernaut was hired to tear down. She figured Juggernaut was hassling them, but after he saved her when she was hurt, they became friends. She joined Juggernaut on a number of his quests, including when a group of mind-controlled supervillains tried to kidnap her. Eventually they figured out that a clandestine government organization was looking for mutants to experiment on.

However, when D-Cell told them she was a mutant and wanted to go to Krakoa, the mutant island-nation, the government organization had no choice but to acknowledge the diplomatic immunity. D-Cell and Juggernaut parted ways when she joined the mutant nation. She would never forget Juggernaut, as the two had become best friends.

    The Human Adaptoid

When the Warden who once imprisoned her tried to imprison another mutant, she accompanied Professor X to request help from Juggernaut and his Unstoppables.

Over the course of their rescue mission, The Warden imbued himself with all the powers he has been able to isolate during his experimentations, turning him into The Human Adaptoid. His first stop in ridding the world of superhumans was Krakoa. Using his psychic powers, he puts all the mutants into a coma.

Juggernaut and Deadpool chase him there and try to overwhelm his powersets, hoping he burns out. They were only able to weaken his psychic abilities, releasing a few of the mutants from their coma, including D-Cel. She is able to use her powers to slow and stop all the powers in his body, giving Deadpool the opportunity to kill him.
