    AF Reviews: AvengersThis time we're onto the 3rd issue of Avengers vs. X-Men which means more running around like headless chickens and accomplishing nothing in an entire issue except seeing how much out of his depth John Romita Jr. can be in providing the art chores.Ed Brubaker writes this time around. Although, this time around I couldn't really tell. I suppose it's a credit to Brubaker and Aaron that their styles flow together quite well. As the writer for Captain America books, you'd anticip...

    Originally posted on my blog, The Comics Cove, not too long ago...I really like the cover of this issue. It's intense, personal, and vicious as Cap and Wolverine struggle for dominance. Costumes are torn, sweat and what appears to be blood are flying, and both men are determined to beat the other. The artwork itself is wonderful, and it really sells the idea that this issue will contain some violence.Wolverine recovers from his ordeal with Hope and is told that Cyclops and the X-Men have surrend...

    The True Star is Revealed 0

    So there are how many tie-ins and a companion series featuring "just battles," but no one thought "huh... maybe we should show this fight between Magik and Doctor Strange?" The one fight that so far has had some kind of implication in the story, and it is left out?
