Building owned by Ben Grimm that has become the base of operations for the Fantastic Four during Volume 6 of the series. Following the events of Secret Wars, the Fantastic Four did not exist as a group after the apparent death of the entire Richards family. The only members of the group left were the Thing and the Human Torch, who were no longer working as a team. When Ben gets engaged to Alicia Masters and Johnny is asked to be his Best Man at their wedding, Johnny refuses as he considers Reed the only one he should occupy in that position. Just at that moment, Reed and Sue find themselves fighting for the Multiverse against the Griever at the End of All Things, and in order to defeat they teleport their former comrades to help. After the victory against this cosmic entity, the Fantastic Four decide to re-form as a team and family, and they intend to return to inhabit the Baxter Building. Realizing that their former headquarter is being occupied by the Fantastix, the Thing offers them to live in this new place located on Yancy Street: 4 Yancy Street. Since then, the place has become the main base and home of the Fantastic Four and their extended family. Today, the place where the Richards family (Reed, Sue, Franklin and Valeria), the Grimm family (Ben, Alicia, Jo and Nicky) and Johnny Storm live.
