Using all available canon and personal opinions, which mutant is the most powerful?

In pure power terms Bobby for sure, but this doesn't take into account the full range of skills and abilities possessed by both, as power alone doesn't determine a victor (look at Anakin and Obi-Wan). In reality (heh) it all depends on the situation, the opponent etc, different situations would favour either one, and I would say Logan has greater durability, and is the better combatant.

To be honest in depends on the battle or disaster, what effects or powers are in play, the full skills and talents and their applicability to the situation to which one would be better.

Short answer, both would be better then the other in certain situations (and of course on who is writing the book, and which character is the focus of the story).

Well AOA Bobby certainly was impressive in the latest issue of Uncanny X-Force. 616 Bobby should be able to do the same thing, its just a matter of unlocking that potential so I would have to go with Bobby.

Wolverine = can suffer mortal death/heals own tissue at an exchanged rate, bones unbreakable by mortal means.

Iceman = immortal/can reform instantaneously from every form of damage down to being turned to fluid, or straight out vaporized even in the dry environment of a desert, and reshape his form and extend that property, does not need oxygen to survive as his form provides it's own, survive the vacuum of space,body and the ambient moisture present in the environment are essentially one and the same thing only limited by Iceman's control and decision of how far to push himself.
