Yeah this is completely wrong. There OHOTMU actuals are more like:

7 = Wolverine

6 = Cable/Psylocke/Captain America/Gamora

5 = Gambit

4 = Storm/Cyclops/Jean Grey (I think she Jean should be a 3 at best)

3 = Rachel Grey/Emma Frost/Rogue/Siryn (I think Rachel could be closer to a 2 than a 3)

2 = N/A

1 = N/A

Kitty pryde should be at 6, while Psylocke at 5 with Gambit. Kitty has been a ninja FAR longer than Betsy. Cap would hand Cable and Gamora their butts. Daredevil and Wolverine would be about right.

Punisher should be at number 6 easily.

People forget that ALL physical melee combat is martial arts, not just the stereotypical Ninja/Kung fu master types.

If you doubt it, just look at MMA. Boxers and kick boxer types win A LOT!

i just realized that what MARVEL meant with fighting skill is not hand to hand combat skill. It is the mix of use of power, skill and intelligence.

@tazirai: True but...Betsy is much more impressive and consistent in H2H than Kitty. Kitty is described as having moderate expertise in martial arts, and has shown that she is good at it, and is an adept swordsman. But Betsy has been compared to a ninja master, and, I think, more compelling based on who she's has been battle-tested against. I think Kitty is more of a 4 to 5 range and Psylocke is a solid 6 for me.
