This this thread is about X-Men statues. If there some collectors out there.I would appreciate any advice just started collecting.

1) We begin with the amazing Jean Grey statue. The Dark Phoenix Premium Format Figure. I understand that you can pre-0rder the statue and it's over 400 dollars. I just curious to know will it cost that much when it's actually released. It looks amazing. I want to get it.

2) Any more news on future X-Men statues.Is Kotobukiya 2016 ARTFX statues the only ones coming out 2016 or 2017.

3) What the most you spent on X-Men statue ?

How much did they cost? Too much :)

Most of them range between $200 and $750 but you can get a lot of them on Ebay for a fraction of that.

The only statues I have are of Mal and River from Firefly and I didn't buy them, they were presents. It never occurred to me to find out how much they cost.

oh i SO want the Uncanny statues. They're awesome.

Dark Phoenix is a spectacular statue. Utterly gorgeous. It's a bit beyond the financial means - for me it would be about AUD$900... and for a character who isn't Storm, Iceman, Psylocke, Emma Frost or Gambit, i couldn't justify it - heck i could only barely justify that price for a Storm.

It's great seeing the level of detail and attention to design that are going into these premium format statues these days. The existing Storm one is beautiful, but i tend to dislike the costume she's wearing, and the face leaves me too cold to shell over $1000 for it.
