    X-Men Legacy #239 Review

Mike Carey and Clay Mann continue to tell their East Vs. West story with Rogue's ragtag group of X-Men consisting of Magneto, Anole, Indra, and Loa. This all is happening while the other core X-books are focusing on Vampires and Lights on Cerebra's screen. While I found myself really into last issue. I read this one and it didn't quite equal to the level of last issue. They seemed very similar but I didn't like this one nearly as much. It could be that the last issue just came off the end of Second Coming and it delt with some of the problems left over from that or that in this month's book new character Luisa came off as a huge and udder cow. I really do not like this character at this point. I felt a few things she did in this issue not only were pretty stereotypical, but seemed very teenage and angsty. All that said, I liked the action sequence at the beginning beacuse it featured New X-Men characterswhich not get enough screen time. I also really liked the interactions between Rogue & Magneto here.

The X-Men continue their trip to india and their battle with the sentinels with a return of some old enemies.  Plot The team take on the Servidor (Sentinel) and decide to bring Luz with them.  My OpinionWell this was quite a good issue it had action, little romance, but most importantly the team that got me to love Carey; Children of the Vault, I almost squealed seeing Serafina again. If Marvel hadn't spoiled it for me earlier I would have put two and two together about Luz joining (come on a co...
