    X-Men Legacy 238 Review

So this might be about a little bit late, but I had a bunch of issues lying around waiting to be reviewed so I got on it. This is the first post-Second Coming issue of X-men Legacy. And it almost instantly gets away from the madness of Utopia & San Fransisco by sending Rogue, Magneto, Anole, Loa, and Indra to Mumbai. They are called there by Indra's father on account of a family emergency. One of the main plot devices here are the east vs. west cultural differences. Another thing in this new (I think) villians right at the start of the issue, this I wasn't so sure about. I think they could have pulled this off it was a well known villian. Also they say Magneto has business there, which isn't fully addressed.  I also had a problem or too with the art, a few times in the issue clay mann seemed to almost smoosh together a few characters faces. That said I like the roster of characters, the art (overrall), the writing, the characterization, and the storyline. X-Men Legacy seems to be continuing on the right track.

Personally i'm a huge fan of Rogue, which is why i've been picking up every issue of X-Men Legacy so far, but i also like the fact that there are some new...

Mike Carey, you beautiful man, you. To think I once hated you for your terrible run on Ultimate Fantastic 4 (Seriously, killed the book for me). You have managed to redeem yourself with X-Men Legacy, to a middle point where you can go either way. Then you write issue 238 and make me love you, showing me that the future has hope, and not just the Summers variety.   X-Men Legacy begins with two mysterious villains captured a girl named Luz who rebelled against their dictatorship of sorts, and her...
