    Victoria Is set up the new avenger's In New avengers Issue #13, Really? After the freaking second chance she got, She would be rotting In prison If It wasn't for Steve.

    The last panel with Superia in her cell at the RAFT would suggest otherwise.. That Victoria might be setting them up.
