Routine Police Work is Anything But Routine in Neopolis!

The Libra Killer case, the Boots and Saddles case, and the situation with the Fabulous Five all deepen in this issue of Top 10. If that weren't enough, Sgt. Caesar and Girl One have it out in the locker room, Shock-Headed Peter gets into hot water over Immunity Girl's death, and Peregrine and Jack Phantom get in trouble during a routine house call.

The story and art are both top-notch here, and while its best to read this series in order, just like a police crime-drama on TV, you can come into any 'episode' and still enjoy the ride.
