Good: This is easily my favorite Marvel NOW title so far and we are two issues into it. Jason Aaron is doing amazing on this series so far. He takes 3 different timelines in a single book and mixes them so well, granted this issue stayed in mostly 1 era. We start with cocky young Thor attempting to lift Mjolnir and we get a bit of humor which Aaron is good and even does so in Thor's own special way with the Odin * insert adjective followed by random body part here*. We get to see how cocky, yet honorable (as far as who he fights goes) young Thor is and Aaron plays that card really. He gets the dialogue pretty well and knows how to connect each with it along with the narrations. The art is also really great and the fight scene with Voldemort, I mean the God Butcher, was just awesome. Ribic and Svorcina do a great job together.

    Bad: Nothing

Recommended: Yes. If you have yet to pick up at least one Marvel NOW title, this one is a must get.

This issue sees Thor's first encounter with th...

      God Class Thor 0

Jason Aaron continues with the Thor tale across time, focusing this one on past Thor, and pretty much laying out the framework for this arc. The first issue set up all three timelines, while this second issue is set almost entirely in the past, with a setup to continue the next issue in the present. So I'm assuming we'll get mostly a full issue of present Thor next issue, followed by future Thor for #4 and then some kind of full split story or something to wrap up the arc with the fifth issue.I ...
