Readable but, that does not mean it was good

The cover is always the same for this story arc and it is getting a little boring now.
Story
At a bar there is a memory sign for a girl named Oksana and the waitress says to the customer that it is not the same without her. At the Halloween store Carlie and Peter are picking out an outfit for Harry’s going away party but, Carlie does not want to go. Then Peter says she want to go with her and the gang and Carlie gets angry because Peter does not know what he wants because she wants be his girlfriend and she leaves. Peter walks out and gets a call from Michele and says he is on his way. Then overdrive take control of a limo with a daughter of a rich man. Then Spider-man saves the day but he does not have an outfit for the Halloween party anymore. Peter meets up with Vin and Michele and tells Vin that Carlie does not want to go because she feels guilty about him. At Carlies work place Vin comes and tells her they need to talk. At the party Peter goes as JJ Jonah. Vin meets up with Harry and shows that he is with Norman Osborn. Peter talks to MJ about Carlie and with the end of their conversation Peter knows that what he has to do. Peter asks for Carlie to be his girlfriend.
Best Part
The story was readable this issue and it was a little better than what this story has given us. But other than the issue was not that good. It was just boring in my eyes.
Worst Part
The reason I really hated this issue was Carlie and she was most of the issue. It really was all about how she us a winey. If MJ cannot date Peter than why does Peter think that Carlie can? Carlie will just wine when he is late and want an explanation that Peter cannot give. Than seeing MJ give advice about how he should be with Carlie just made me cringe.
Art
The art does never impress me in this series. They always change the art style but in every issue it either gets worse or stays the same amount of bad. In this art everyone had a diamond kind of face and Harry kind of had a face that looked like a girl. Hopefully the art gets better from here because this would have to be the worse. I think this was even worse than Joe Quesada’s art.
