    But what? Who?!

Oookay, first thing first - go & read ASM #229-230. They are free now and Nothing Can Stop the Juggernaut is 100% gorgeous. My only issue with this comics and, well, not even issue, but OMFG-effect was that while I was reading it I REALLY THOUGHT THAT IT WAS ROMITA'S JR. ART. I am not very familiar with the works of Lee Weeks and it was a very, very big surprise for me that it wasn't John Romita actually. Especially it can be seen on the page with all the credits, where Spider-Man is shouting in an old-school way. Confusing things are confusing... #627 is a big Stern's F!CK YEAH thown the world. Each frame, each dialogue feels like this writer is thirsty for comics. And it's cool, it's actually cool. It always feels right when you read and think "Yeah, this dude found his vacation". Examples? Chris Yost and Dan Slott. These guys write because they really like to write, it amuses them, entertain them. And, c'mon, U2 is playing on the radio when Peter returned home! So geeky. Another portion of pleasent words - this cover made me buy this issue. Seriously. It's badass, it tunes for the big fight (not this time) and a little alarms and inhibits. Top notch.

Nothing Can Stop Me... From Reading This Arc! 0

Wow! Roger Stern returns and what a return it is! I had a hard time getting through this issue without flipping to the last page to discover who or what it was that stopped ol' Cain Marko. And not only is it finally solved on the last page, but another mystery is introduced: Who is the new Captain Universe?! Hard to believe it's been about 300 issues since Cap showed up in Amazing. I'm dying to know who hates Jug-Head enough to wanna kill him, and how this qualifies this mysterious individual to...
