Swamp Thing 1, Swamp Thing 2
DC Comics the New 52 is now at Issue #2, and Swamp Thing #1 was amazing. This week, Scott Snyder tries to pull of the magic again. Does it work as well as the last issue did?
THE GOOD:
I love the art. I also like who the comic book panels are separated but branches. I like the story because we get an origin of another Swamp Thing. I really think this issue is going to be important to readers new and old. This explains that Alec Holland was a bit confused and cloned. I really like this issue because the story is really deep. I also love the action in the issue. We get to see a bit more of this ever growing threat, and we also get to see more people with broken necks chasing after Alec. I really like the ending and I'm definitely going to be back for the next issue.
THE BAD:
This could be confusing to some people.
THE VERDICT: 5/5 (Perfect)
I'm really liking Swamp Thing. I think that the story is deep and that it's going to go somewhere. I really want to read the next issue to see if we actually get to see Alec as Swamp Thing or something. If you like good comics, get issue one and then get this because this is really good. Everyone, should get this before it's going online for 20 bucks.
