Cut to Peter walking on the street at night. Behind him is a close up of a hand. The hand starts being covered by a black symbiote.

MJ hugging Pete.

MJ: I'm gonna be on a soap opera.

Parker: Thats great.

Cut to a subway station. Peter is pushed by some one into a train but Peter jumps out of the way of the on comming train. But as Pete lands on his feet, Eddie Brock punchs him hard to the floor. Cut to close up of Eddie.

Eddie: I'm back.

Shocked Parker

cut to Peter, MJ, and Rodger Kingsley.

Peter: and you are?

Rodger: Rodger Kingsley. I'm the show's fashion designer.

Cut to Rodger in the Osbourne Mansion.

MJ: He bought the Osbourne Mansion.

Rodger accidently opens the secret passage to the goblin room. He looks at a pumpkin bomb.

Cut back to eddie and Peter.

Cut to Venom attacking guards.

Cut to Spider-Man ducking an attack from Rodger on the goblin glider.

Cut to a lab mouse growning a new arm.

MJ: Octopus is back,(Spider fighting OCt.) you got your hands full with school(Gwen Grabing pete's hand while Felica gives him a flirty eye), your dealing with two maniacs,(Spider-Man fighting Hobgoblin and Venom)

Cut to conners injecting the serium in to his arm.

Peter: It's not like things could get any worst.

Blackout.

Cut to Conner's growing scales and screaming. A tail pops out.

Cut to Spidey fight Oct

Oct: I'm not alone this time websling.

Cut to Tombstoner, Kraven, Jackal, Tarantula, and Electro.

Eddie: Make not of this...

Cut to Hobgoblin blowing up a building

Spidey saving kids

Eddie: I'm gonna...

Spidey dodging a shot from Electro and Shocker.

Eddie: Make your life...

Cut to Spidey in bed with MJ.

Eddie: pure...

Spidey get stabbed by Jackal.

Eddie: ruthless...

A big hourde of spidey like character surrounding Spider-Man.

Eddie: blood infested...

Spider fighting thugs but is interupted by a female fighting figure.

Cut to eddie and his fangs and tounge growing.

Eddie: Hell!!!

Cut to Spider-Man and Venom fighting while web slinging in the air.

Title pops up: Spider-Man 4

Cut to Lizard slaughtering the cops and his tale hits the screen.

Eliza Dushku would do a go Black Cat.

Pure awesomeness, the more villains the better but I do not think that they can scrunch Spidey beating that many villains in one moves gonna have to split the villain disaster up

Don't worry. that's why I got Black Cat scrunched in there. Plus I think Hobgoblin would take out one of Oct's boys. Possibly Puma or Kraven.

That seems like to much action going on at the same time. Maybe it would be better if it was made into multiple movies focusing on less characters.

I think the whole Doc Ock, Venom, Electro, and Hobgoblin is cool but adding sandman would be better. Put out as in Sandman's daughter dies and he blames spidy becasue he stopped him from saving her. Also I don't like the whole Curt Conners Lizard becaue that be better for the 5th movie. For him to appear with Carnage.

Add Scorpion, Shocker, Hobgoblin, and Mysterio on Spider-Man 4.
