Lobo for the win. Cant hurt or burn a soul that has a ban from both heaven and hell... not to mention everything ghostrider would throw at Lobo... lobo has dealt with before and shrugged it off.
stalemate or BFR,Lobo cant destroy Ghost Rider (he recovers from physical damage),but GR cant burn his soul with Hellfire or Penance Stare,Lobo could punch Ghost Rider in orbit,but he would just teleport back,but cant GR send Lobo back to hell?eventualy he will come back tought. only if thats Jonnhy Blaze,if it is Danny then Lobo wins
people obviously dont know crap about ghost rider so i'm gonna explain why that it will end in an stalemate or ghost rider would win because ghost rider is immune to physical and non magical attacks and he can only be hurt by magic which lobo doesnt have and so what he cant out muscle lobo ghost rider is no where near as strong as hulk and he didnt have to beat him in muscle he has already easily beaten the hulk[no not wwhulk but if he continued to fight wwhulk ghost rider would of probaly put an end to wwhulk] and hellfire unlike regular fire burns the soul and the stare might be able to work on lobo but it wont kill him so i'm not sure if it would on lobo or not but it has worked on strange and it didnt kill him and lobo may be immortal but so is ghost rider so it would either come down to an stalemate or ghost rider would and i want to add that you dont have to kill the person to beat them

Nothing in Ghost Rider's arsenal is capable of taking down Lobo. He's been banned from heaven and hell. While is superior in speed and strength, he can easily beat him via BFR by using his superluminal Spacehog and throwing him into space, tossing the land of mass around him into orbit, or by tearing through space and dumping Ghost Rider in it (see pic).
i could be wrong but its been said that ghost rider can travel from earth to hell at will so if he gets bfr he can travel from hell to earth or something.....

But doesnt GR need his Bike to do Interdimensional Travel ? If Lobo throws GR out of the Earth's Atmosphere... GR could just be a floating duck

Its not a matter of Let... when you are fighting someone who can lift Billions of Tons and can withstand all that you can throw at him... its only a matter of time before the BFR comes...

but the stare has work on demons without souls i believe .....and has tooken on powerful demons and has beaten the prince of hell himself....but i still think it would most likely come to an stalemate
Lobo wins there is no way to kill lobo sence heavan and hell dont want him. and he has a healing factor, the stare wont work and Lobo is faster and a lot stronger.

he can BFR or BFD Ghost Rider.. and as for the penance stare.... the ban doesn't just stop him from going to heaven or hell... it makes his soul untouchable... meaning the stare wont work, and if its attempted, ghost rider has to answer to the higher power for breaking the ban/contract DD set into place.

Lobo pulls out a bomb that has some retarded label like "Ghost Buster" Pencils in "rider" under ghost, and then blows him up and it actually works because Lobo eats cities.

Because according to Lobo's Ban From Heaven and Hell... Ghost Rider cant send him to hell or touch his soul... Lobo can use BFR or BFD on Ghost Rider.... what would the rider do without the earth? just port to hell and loose the battle. Lobo isn't bound by the planet he's on.
Porting Lobo Away from him is also Ghost Riders only hope and even that wont work for long.. if he does, Lobo will be back.. and thats if he is able to port Lobo. Plus if Ghost Rider does try a little BFD then he lost, Lobo is adept to fighting in 0 Gravity.. I would like to see a Lobo/Ghost Rider comic. i wonder why Marvel and DC Haven't done any yet.
