Okay, well my opinion is - oh and I agree with Aztek, see, its incredibly courageous for anyone, guy or girl, to put themselves in a position to be rejected, and then to keep on doing that, so you have that going for you? My take on this though is that, its best not to generalize things to much? I mean really. Girls and guys have awesomely fun differences, but they have similarities as well. Either gender can also have expectations, and if you see a really shallow and jerk guy with a girl you think is nice and sweet, and you feel that your a decent enough guy, it can be incredibly easy to question why a girl like that, isn't talking to you, or interested in you, and interested in that other guy BUT... thats still sort of creating a situation where your making expectations. Expectations are bad. The female gender is not unified any more than the male gender, and so unfortunately perceptions tend to matter more than reality and its even possible your own perceptions are flawed as far as other people as they are of yours. No one shares notes and neither gender owes individuals of the opposite gender anything.   
 
Dr Phil stuff I know. Still, I think as soon as you start wondering why people, and not girls don't talk to you, thats a start. Think about the things you like? Then try to like more things. If you like comics, think about fostering an interest in dance, or volunteering, or music, piano, singing, video games, art, sports, swimming, martial arts, biking, surfing, chess, or anything that increases your exposure to people who are different than you. Not just girls, but thats a nice plus. Has to be sincere though, so start with things you have a fondness for. When guys or girls, see people passionate about something and showing skill and ability in something, they admire that person generally. So there is no magical switch to make more girls talk to you, but the sooner you stop caring and the sooner you start enjoying life and being yourself and being independent, the more chance you'll probably be perceived as a person that more girls and guys will probably want to talk to.  
 
So I don't think there is anything wrong with you, other than I think you thinking there is something wrong with you lol **smile** might be hard, but you can consider yourself awesome, and I think you should, and still have it be possible to have self improvement be a goal? Being sincerely happy and confident when your by yourself is just really handy, even though loneliness can be constantly knocking at the door.

Girls are people, just like guys are people. They're normal! What a thought!

Practice talking to people if you struggle with starting and continuing conversations. Be confident and passionate, so a person would at least admire you for those traits, and blah blah blah, this is weird, I'm used to these threads on GB.

But, for the most part, there's nothing wrong with you. There's someone out there for everyone. You just have to be patient, and try to associate yourself with women that you can relate to.

I get turned down right and left, but that doesn't hinder my perseverance to find someone who I can be with intimately.

Havent been rejected yet... Friendzoned currently though... Point is, it happens to everyone at some point, but dont let it stop you. Just keep on kicking. Patience is a virtue.

Get turned down is part of life(happens to everyone at some point) but putting yourself in that position is a great start.

I know this might seem hard but try to look at the girl your trying to go out with as a friend rather than someone your hitting on. That way you're less nervous about saying or doing something stupid due to the fact you're not as self conscious. Most women like to know your not trying to hard and are relaxed in their presence. So the best piece of advice I can give is just persevere and stay completely relaxed about it. Don't go in worried about getting turned down.

Think of it this way: You've got more to lose from not trying than you have actually giving it a shot.

Just be nonchalant man, really chill and cool. Even if youre the biggest geek you can still have that nonchalant confidence. Go up to girls talk to them like theyre friends. Ask them out. If they say no, just be like 'haha ok', smile then walk away. On to the next one. And dont be out there fishin for chicks either. If youre nonchalant they will come to you. Trust me.

Nah but for reals tho I think u should just befriend a girl who's nice and has a very natural look to her beauty. A girl that u can hang with, play video games with, walk the dog with, act like a kid around ... one that's down to earth, u know? It's girls like this that are mentally prepared and eager for commitment and are not afraid to show their dependence on u. Girls like this bring out the man in u.

People who act cool all the time tend to be in love with the idea of being in a relationship and/or the idea of being in love, but aren't so much in love with the people they choose to date. It's kinda like they just pick people to practice love with but when they don't put real commitment and emotion into it they defeat the purpose of it.

So when u chose a girl, make sure she a keeper.

On subject of the topic of trouble with chicks: Last night, one of my female friends called me to go to a local late night "restaurant" on our college campus. At that point, I was about to continue researching for a research paper outline due Monday, I was in my Pajamas, I had just eaten and was chilling/watching tv on break. And, the place is roughly a 10 minute walk away. Again, I'm in my pajamas. And, it's like 12:30 AM.

So, naturally I declined. I told her she should go with her roommate. Because, the place is a two minute walk away for them and they are ya know roommates. They both spent time trying to convince me to go. By the end of the call, I got an "F U!" and apparently "Wow, you're a douche...". And apparently this friend is actually mad at me. Though, the roommate who called me a douche says that almost every day to me, because we're like best friends to the point that we're mean to each other for the lols. But she seemed actually serious.

Anyways, am I a douche for not going to eat with my friend at 12:30AM in my pajamas, after I had just eaten? Like, I don't feel guilty at all or anything. And our campus is pretty small and safe, but again she'd only be walking 2 minutes away in a well lit area with other college students roaming the street looking for parties...and she could have gone with her roommate...

On my home planet. to take a mate the male would often spray out a series of hormone sweat which comes from what you humans call an armpit. to which a series of dances and gestures which often gathers females but only one can be picked so the females fight each other till one is dominate and takes the male. Coitus is long and strenuous to the point that the male ends up partially crippled or losses an appendage. which you humans should be okay because you can grow yours back right?
