Doctor Stephen Strange is an arrogant and selfish but talented surgeon. While driving his way to his house, he sees a vision of her sister, who has died when Stephen was still young, he blacks out and crashes into a river. He awakens in the hospital, with his hands bandaged, and Dr. Nicodemus West and Christine Palmer tells him that his hands were crushed to the point beyond repair. After that event, Strange becomes desperate, he invests all of his money on experiments to fix his hands, and when he became broke, he became depressed, he attempted to suicide by jumping off Brooklyn Bridge, but he was stopped by Wong, a student of the Ancient One, and offers him his life back, and Strange agrees, and Wong tells him to meet him at Kamar-Taj, Tibet, on the peaks of the K'un L'un Mountains. So, Strange uses all of his money on a one way trip to Tibet, and Wong meets him there, and brings him to Kamar-Taj. The Ancient One tells him that the medicine is within him, and Strange doesn't believe on Magic, and The Ancient One shows him Magic. Strange then believes and asks for help, but the Ancient One refuses. Wong offers to be his trainer, and the Ancient One says, "It won't be easy", but Wong accepts. Strange begins training.

Wong is the trainer of Strange, and nothing is known about him, and he thinks that Strange reminds him of Mordo, his former master.

Baron Mordo is the former master of Wong, however, he became greedy, and wanted to take The Ancient One's powers away for himself, he was defeated by the Ancient One and cast away in Zarathos' realm. Only appears in flashbacks.

Biker Gangsters Johnathan Blaze and his father was killed during a drug deal. Blaze was russerected by Zarathos to take Vengeance against his killers, for his soul. After he finished his vengeance, his body and soul were in complete control of Zarathos, and attacked Doctor Strange. Zarathos' control over Ghost Rider was stopped when Strange learned his full potential and became the new Ancient One after the previous' death. Blaze then started to used his Ghost Rider powers for good.

Zarathos is the current king of hell and God of Vengeance, after he killed his father, Mephisto, Zarathos also has two sons and a daughter, Blackheart, Daimon and Satana.

Lei Kung is the leader of the Iron Fist clan, he talks about the new champion, which he refers to as "Daniel".

The current champion of the Iron Fist, he cleansed Zarathos away Ghost Rider's body.

She is Doctor Strange's apprentice, living in the Sanctum Sanctorum in New York with Strange and Wong.
Mid-Credits: We see under the Raft, a man with long blonde hair, with Glowing eyes, and mutters, "I have found Agamotto's successor, yessssssssssssssss.".
End Credits: Shows a person, floating in outer space, with a star branded on his chest, and wakes up.
