Juggernaut should be on the list, but not as high as #5.

Onslaught should not be on the list. He was a bland one-story villain in a horrible 90's foil hologram era crossover.

Don't really get the reasons for the numbering in this list and some of the people. Quicksilver, really? 
 
I would think that most the villains would have to be really evil and not just for a short while.

Here, My families, My Friends, My People, and I request about some villains for a Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3.
We really hate, because there are our favorites super heroes become villains.
Here They Are : Dark Phoenix, Magneto, and Juggernaut. 
we're so hopeful that they're going to become super heroes for a marvel ultimate alliance 3. 
we really need you to change Dark Phoenix, Magneto, and Juggernaut to become super heroes for a marvel ultimate alliance 3. 
we really need you to give the other villains. some villains are Master Mold, Lady Deathstrike, Blob.
Master Mold, Lady Deathstrike, and Blob are replacing Dark Phoenix, Magneto, and Juggernaut.
we really need you to grant our ambitions, that we really need to have Dark Phoenix, Magneto, and Juggernaut to become super heroes for a Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3.
 
and we really don't like if you just give 30 villains. it's too less. we really need to see Mastermind, Genesis, Shadow King, Electro , Marvel Diva, Moonstone, Marrow, Dagger, Diamond Back, Mammoth, Gorilla Man, Arcade, Pyro, Krang, Hercules, and She Hulk. 
They also have to become villains for a marvel ultimate alliance 3. we really need you to increase them in marvel ultimate alliance 3 as villains.
The First as villain is Apocalypse
The Second as villain is Dr. Doom
The Third as villain is Mr. Sinister .

I cannot believe it. my favorite super heroes to become villains. Dark Phoenix ? Magneto ? Juggernaut ? 
No ! I really don't agree with that. it's not so suitable. they have to become super heroes. they cannot do a lot more damage.
they have to delete from the list of villains. but I prefer like with Master Mold, Mastermind, and Marvel Diva. 
and it's still less villains. I want you to add some villains again and I want you to approve it.

No ! all over my people and i really don't agree about that !  you have to bring Dark Phoenix out from there. you have to bring Magneto and Juggernaut out from there too. but we really want to fight with Master Mold, Psychic man, and Marvel Divas.  !
you have to fix it. and also you have to include : Proteus, Shadow King, Holocaust, Black Bolt, She Hulk, Fin Fan Foom, Gladiator, 
Lady Deathstrike, Marrow, Death Birth, Enchantress, Dagger, Moon Stone, Diamond Back, Rhino, Black Widow, Scorpion, Gorilla Man, Mimic, Anubis, and Dragon Man. 
we'd love you have to give " 50 HOT VILLAINS ". for every time.

Eh its an ok list, I would of switched a few out

We really don't like about Dark Phoenix, Magneto, Juggernaut, Quicksilver, and Mystique to become villains.
We truly want to see The Sentinel, Proteus, Shadow King, Apocalypse, Holocaust. 
and add : Psychic- Man, Shocker, Man Ape, Kraken, Fin Fan Foom, and Electro.

Dark Phoenix, Magneto, Juggernaut, Mystique. Sabretooth, and Quicksilver MUST CHANGE from list :
we'd rather Genesis, Proteus, Sentinel, Destroyer, Shadow King, Holocaust, Grey Gargoyle, Ape-Man, Absorbing Man, Cloak, Moonstone, Marvel Divas, She Hulk, Diamondback, Enchantress, Kraken, Fin Fan Foom, Spiral, Lady Deathstrike.

Yeh, I'd put Venom and Ultron above Thanos (Thanos just never interested me, I hate invincible villains) and I'd put Kingpin there instead of Kang :)  Interesting idea putting the Hulk in there, though. "
