I wouldt say Harley is no threat but Hush will be much more of a problem
I think "Hush" is better than "Harley Quinn" cause he did almost took out "Batman and Catwoman" all by his lonesome self, while Harley Quinn here is just "The Clown Prince of Crime's" lady assistant she could'nt menace Gotham City without The Joker or Poison Ivy's help.
For me Harley Quinn. Everyone else would probably say Hush, but for me anyone who can feel the slightest affection for the Joker is a great character to me. Harley'salways been my favorite ever since I read Mad Love.

As a character, I like Harley better, but she's incredibly nieve & most of her fighting is acrobatic dodging & dazzle. The saddest thing is that her friends don't completely respect her, think she;s a poor judge of caracter, & think that she becomes easily annoying (Ivy especially). These are all things I hope she overcomes before she encounters the Joker again, & hopefully they'll become enemies. I know Ivy & the Joker dislike eachother, so if she wisens up & sticks with the person who actually cares about her & respects her as at least a person, she'll take Ivy's side.
Ugh I hate how much people underestimate Harley. So many people think she is nothing but Jokers love sick groupie which yes she is in love with him, but that is such a small part of her character! She is not just some confused little girl that doesn't know what shes doing, shes silly but smart, clumsy but dangerous, and she can definitely hold her own in a fight. As far as I know Hush is just a regular guy that is smart and knows how to use weapons? Harley knows how to get into peoples minds and push buttons, it seems Hush has a lot of baggage with the whole inferiority complex he seems to have I'm thinking Harley would be able to play games with him to mess him up mentally. Harley has also come VERY close to killing Batman and she would have succeeded if the Joker hadn't barged in and ruined her plan! I love Harley I love her silliness and I love how she has so much faith in love, but I also love how totally bad-ass she can be! There is so much to her character and I wish more people would see past her just being an "annoyance" or Jokers sidekick, she is sooooo soo sooo much more.
I'm preeeetty sure she just took out 3 guys.... Without even getting out of that chair. My vote is for Harley 100%

Hush win's becasue think about it he's done more thing's to Mess up Bruce Waynes and Batmans life Harley's only helped Joker mess up Batmans life, Hush is a gangster who can perform surgery on himself .
I still don't agree! Yeah maybe hush has done more to screw over Bruces life, but if Harley really wanted to I'm sure she could just as much if not more. She is really dangerous despite her silliness/cuteness.
please, I like Harley fine but compared to Hush she's a gnat. She's had interesting development and she's definitely grown, but she'll never equate to anything close to Hush. He's just a better in relevant way in a battle.
Really part of Harley's charm is she's an underdog, someone that always bites more then she'll ever be able to chew. Hush could crush her like ant and it wouldn't even be hard. The only villains who can seriously compare to Hush are guys like Deathstroke, Joker and Bane.
Harley isn't without her own edge but let's be serious here.
As much as I like Hush (always seen him in my mind as the "bad side" to Bruces coin) but Harley will always have a place in my heart from The Animated Series and that when I seen TDK the girl behind me was dressed as her, by herself, so spoke to her and she was nice.
(The Viewaskew fan in me might also have a something to do with it.)

Harley has appeared in several forms of Batmedia, Cartoons, Comics, Novelizations, and even Video Games. Hush has yet to get placed into the other Media. Harley was cool when i was a kid, because she was obnoxious, and goofy. But Hush is still cool because he has taken Batman to further limits than anyone except mabye the Joker, and even that can be argued. also ask a casual reader if they know who Harley is answer is yes, therefore she is not underrated. ask the same reader if they know Hush, and you have mabye a 50/50 chance of the, saying yes, and that makes him underexposed compared to Harley. Even though is a far more in depth, darker, and more entertaining villain. although i'll admit the entertaining part will depend on who you ask. but i feel he is a better read than Harley.
@Caligula: Hush was created in 2002... and already all these people are saying how he is going to be the next great villain, the next joker and blah blah. I'm sorry a character that has been around less than 10 years hasnt made it into media other than the comics, but thats not unusual. Harley has been around since 1992 and she is still seen as JUST jokers girlfriend, most people don't even think she can exist by herself. It's only natural she would be in more media than Hush because she has been around longer. Her being in more media does not make her overrated, it actually just means she has been around longer. I'm not saying Harley is some bad-ass super villain who can kill anyone, but i AM saying if it came down to it and for whatever reason she really really wanted Batman dead I'm sure she could do it. It's Hush who is overrated not Harley as I am sure you can tell in this thread.

No, Harley could never kill Batman, she's just not good enough, she couldn't even kill any of the Robins, they are just better then her. Really, it's nice she's liked and all. She's interesting, deserves the liking. But liking and facts are two different things. Saying she could kill Batman is ridiculous. This is a guy goes against characters like Deathstroke and Cain and survives. Harley isn't even close to Batman's caliber.

I have posted facts showing her kicking butt, she has been killed, gone to hell and went up against Etrigan, and the demon dog Cerberus, and some soul hunter dude and came out alive. Harley has almost killed the Joker and could have if she wanted to, but didn't because she just wanted to scare him. She is much more capable than you give her credit for. I'm not just spouting off random stuff being all "no! I like Harley so she wins! blah blah blah" I am posting pictures and stating facts/things that have actually happened.
