    I was just looking through some old Dark Reign stuff and I saw he mentioned how Scarlet Witch used her powers to alter the world. Did they ever explain how he learned about that? As far as I knew only a few Avengers and X-Men had any knowledge of that.

    I did some digging and found out. The President told him who was likely informed by Tony Stark when he was running SHIELD.
