Unlucky (although in Ash's case, everything is unlucky) issue #13 is here! In the past, dynamite has killed Ash, sent him to fight the Marvel Zombies, hooked him up with Xena, Freddy, Ash and Jason (not all at once)... so what do they have planned for this issue?

The Death of Ashley J Williams Part 2 of 2

Spider-Man hops on Hawkeye and threatens to eat his brains if they don't give the webbed-up Ash to him. He is cautioned against that mainly because once they are zombified, they don't taste good. Spider-Man argues that he had to lug Ash around and listen to him talk nonstop. Ash tries to crawl away as they discuss this. Finally Cap says they may need Hawkeye later and allows Spider-Man to have Ash.

They swing away and once they reach a roof top and Spidey lets Ash down, Ash tries attacking him. Spider-Man quickly points out that he is still human. It seems his powers are working to keep off the affects of Colonel America's bite.

Spider-Man soon takes off when he's reminded of Aunt May and Mary Jane. Ash calls after him as the Punisher comes up behind him. As the Punisher admires Ash's chainsaw, he discovers that he's trying to save this world from the deadites. Frank tells Ash that if he helps him first, then he'll help Ash find the Necronomicon.

Frank busts in on a meeting between the Kingpin, Hammerhead and the Owl. Kingpin insists that they are now on the same side, humans versus zombie. Frank disagrees as he doesn't think Kingpin was ever human and shoots them.

As they are about to leave Fisk Tower, they see that the zombie infection is spreading. Ash sees Thunderball cornered by a bunch of super zombies. He tells Frank that he's not infected. Frank doesn't care because he's a criminal too. He goes out shooting at all of them. The bullets aren't having too much of an effect as they overcome and do away with the Punisher.

Ash decides that he works best alone. He says he doesn't need a partner until he sees Winter Soldier trying to take a bite out of Dazzler. As Winter Soldier tells Dazzler to give him "some sugar," Ash informs him that that is his line and shoots his head off. Dazzler thanks Ash as he checks out her...assets. He claims he's checking her for zombie bites.

As they walk away, Ash tells Dazzler his situation and about the Necronomicon. When she realizes they're in Greenwich Village, she takes Ash to Stephen Strange's sanctum sanctorium. Dazzler fills Ash in on who Dr. Strange is has he's grabbed from behind.

Hearing a big "crunch!" behind her, Dazzler turns to see where Ash is. She sees Ash apparently with the top of his head missing lying in the lap of a zombified Howard the Duck.

Spider-Man rushes home. He tells Aunt May and MJ that he was bitten by Colonel America. He doesn't feel too good. Aunt May goes to get some peroxide as MJ rushes to Peter's side when he bends over in pain. He cannot control himself or his hunger. When Aunt May walks out, she sees Peter eating Mary Jane. He asks her to lock herself in the bathroom because he cannot control himself. The Marvel Zombies are on the loose in New York City.

Above Earth in Asteroid M, Magneto and Fabian Cortez talk. Magneto blames himself for what has happened. He tried making a deal to lower the number of homo sapiens so mutants would have a fighting chance. He didn't realize that the virus affects both humans and mutants. Magneto decides he must go to Earth and try to save some people. He tells Cortez to stay and monitor the situation. Asteroid M might be the only refuge they'll have.

Back in New York, Nova comes looking for Peter. He's concerned with all the "crazy stuff" going on and wanted to make sure he and his family were okay. Spider-Man is saying there's not enough to share. He tells Nova not to look at him and forces him out through the window. As Spider-Man tries to bite Nova, Daredevil comes from behind. He says they have to kill Spider-Man. Nova can't kill his friend and Spider-Man manages to take a bite out of Daredevil.

Elsewhere, Colonel America orders the Avengers to stop. He tells them to look at themselves. He says there may be a cure.

In Westchester, New York, the X-Men are fighting zombie Alpha Flight. Cyclops tells his team that they have to keep fighting them despite the fact that they keep coming. They can't let the zombies inside to get at the students. Suddenly, the Alpha Flight zombies are hit in the head by metal objects, crushing their skulls. Magneto has arrived to help. He tells them they cannot show mercy. It's kill or be killed. The X-Men are surprised to find out that there's more of these creatures.

In New York City, Hank Pym (Giant Man) and Black Panther are running to Hank's lab. They are surprised as to how quickly the hunger got to Colonel America. They are hoping they'll be able to come up with a cure when Black Panther notices that Hank's been bitten. Hank grows to a giant size and smashes Black Panther. He says he doesn't want to be caught without a meal when the hunger strikes. He figures with the way the others are eating, the food supply will be gone soon. He drags Black Panther back to his lab.

The zombies continue to attack the innocent. At the Baxter Building, She-Hulk has just attacked Franklin and Valeria. The Fantastic Four is saddened that they let their guard down. They thought they were safe there. She-Hulk knew the codes to get in and ate the kids. Sue is so upset that she creates an invisible bubble inside She-Hulk's head and expands it. Reed gets a call from Nick Fury. They make their way to a S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier and meet up with Thor and Nova on the way. Inside is the resistance. Nick explains everything to all the surviving heroes gathered. He says it's too late to be contained but they still might be able to reverse it. Nova says they're crazy. They're already outnumbered. Nick says the only other option is to give up.

Hank makes his way back to the Avengers' Mansion. He finds Colonel America, Black Widow, Ms. Marvel, Luke Cage, Wasp, and Hawkeye all feasting on poor Jarvis. Around the world, the last few uninfected heroes fight against the zombies.

On the helicarrier, Sue finds Reed working alone. He seems to be admiring a dead Guardian zombie. He says he is amazed that the infection turns them into efficient life forms. He says the changes almost seem to be improvements on the human form. Sue is disgusted and has to leave. Elsewhere on the helicarrier, Tony Stark tells Nick that they may have no choice but to transport the survivors into the Negative Zone for their safety.

Outside the heroes are getting overwhelmed. More and more are getting bitten and infected. On the helicarrier, Reed calls in the resto of the Fantastic Four. He says they should just give in. He's already infected them with a scratch. They begin to hunger and Reed allows them to attack him in order to infect himself. They come across Stark and Fury by the teleporter to the Negative Zone. Reed tells them to infect Stark but not to eat him completely. Nick prepares to teleport himself along with Nightcrawler, Colossus, Storm, Dr. Strange, and Thor. Then he realizes that since the virus came from another world, they run the risk of taking it with them.

Once they've all been infected, Reed tells the others that now is the time to try to rebuild the teleporter and find another dimension in order to find more food.

The mayhem continues. Will Ash survive being bitten in the head by a mutated Howard the Duck? With more and more of the Marvel heroes being infected, will Ash make it through and will he get some sugar?

We start off with Ashley Williams, feeling down about his life. He seems to be missing something. Life seems to be missing something. Even the battle of superheroes doesn't excite him. He is in agreement over J. Jonah Jameson's tirades against Spider-Man and other masked menaces. One day working at S-Mart, in the television department, he saw the news about the heroes in Times Square, killing everyone. It was time for him to do something. Grabbing a chainsaw and shotgun, he set out to become a hero.

Ashley Williams saw lots of strange things, including zombified heroes eating other heroes. He had some run-ins with them and put his chainsaw to good use. None of that prepared him for what he saw next. Ashley G. Williams saw Ashley J. Williams walking down the street with Dazzler. They were headed towards the Sorcerer Supreme Stephen Strange's place. He didn't know what to make of it. He stood there shocked until he was grabbed from behind by a zombie Howard the Duck and had the top of his head bitten off.

Dazzler cried out seeing "Ash" bitten. She tries to blind him with her powers but he can still smell her. Howard's about to get her when our Ash greets him with his chainsaw. Proud of his work, Ash thinks he'll be getting thanks from Dazzler when Howard's upper torso tries to attack again. He is frozen by the Scarlet Witch, who arrives just in time. Not taking any chances, Ash kicks Howard into a million pieces. Ash is not bothered in the slightest upon seeing the other Ash lying on the ground. This causes Scarlet Witch to believe his previous story of being from another reality to save their world.

Scarlet Witch tells them how all of the Avengers have been affected. Colonel America put out a call to all Avengers and reserve Avengers to report to the Avengers Mansion. All of them were infected as a result. Scarlet Witch survived because she ran away. She knew there wasn't much she could do so she left. There was once chance, Ash. It turns out that she had grabbed this Ash from behind before Howard arrived. Scarlet Witch's story is interrupted by the arrival of Zombie Thor.

They begin running across the street to Strange's Sanctum Sanctorium. Dazzler says she saw him upstairs in the window earlier. Scarlet Witch says that Stephen in on a S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier with the few surviving heroes trying to start a resistance. Ash busts down the door ready to get another deadite.

They find Dr. Druid feasting on Wong. He says that he went to Stephen's to try to find a cure. He's been using his powers to try to keep the infection from taking him over. He still gets the eating urges and couldn't help himself his Wong. Ash says they know how to stop it and need to know where the library is. Druid says it upstairs. He asks Ash if he thinks he can reverse the infection. Ash answers no along with shooting off his head.

In the library, Ash warns Dazzler not to simply start grabbing books as some of them may bite. He picks one up with fire tongs and asks it where the Necronomicon is. The book tells him to "get bent" so he throws it in the fireplace. Grabbing another, this one is quicker to cooperate. The book is in Latveria.

They manage to make their way to Scarlet Witch's quinjet (after some more zombie run-ins) and fly to Latveria. They fill in Ash on its ruler, Doom and that it may not be an easy task to get the book. Looking out the window at Doom's castle, it seems they are not the firsts to arrive.

The quest for the one thing that can save Ash and his crew of survivors takes them to Latveria, home of— Doctor Doom! Who will live, who will die, and who will get their sorry butt tossed into a dungeon after one too many smart-alecky comments to a certain metal-plated monarch? In Latveria, Dr. Doom's patience is running thin with Ash. Scarlet Witch tries explaining that Ash is the one that can stop the zombie plague. Ash tells him that they need the Necronomicon which is in his library. Doom tells them that the zombie plague is not a supernatural occurrence, but rather extraterrestrial. He tells them that the Necronomicon will not help. He intends to use science and brute force to show the zombies they are not welcome. Outside, Goliath is trying to break through their force field. A couple of missiles are launched and explode in Bill Foster, putting an end to him.

Doom orders Ash to be taken down "below" to be locked up with the other uninfected survivors. On a monitor, Scarlet Witch notices that there are no children or old survivors. Doom says that he has handpicked the survivors and chose ones that are of "breeding" age. He then invites Scarlet Witch and Dazzler to an elaborate dinner.

Later, Scarlet Witch shows up and frees Ash. She tells him that she excused herself to the bathroom during one of Doom's stories that he's been telling them. They are detected by a Doombot right away. Ash tells Scarlet Witch to go back to dinner since he has another idea.

Doom is seen walking to his library. He orders his robots to leave him alone. He grabs the Necronomicon. The book tells Doom he seems different. That is because it is Ash under the armor (from the Doombot). He begins arguing with the book about putting a stop to the plague. The Necronomicon tells him that the plague has nothing to do with the supernatural and that it is extraterrestrial (just like Doom said). The Necronomicon tells Ash that it led him to believe that it was supernatural to mess with him. The book wanted Ash to know what it was like to be in a world where there was no hope.

Ash walks away as the Necronomicon continues to laugh at him. The Enchantress calls him over. She is locked behind an energy cage. She tells Ash that she is from another world and Doom has locked her up because she is a threat to him. He fears her power. When Ash reveals that he is also from another world and was also locked up, she suggests they team up. He lets her free and are soon found by Scarlet Witch and Dazzler. They are shocked and ask Ash what he's done. He tells them there's plenty of him to go around. Little does he see what the Enchantress has changed into behind his back.

Ash is the last man standing, with super-powered zombies around every corner. It may be the end of the road for the intrepid adventurer, unless he dares to awake—the Army of Darkness! Black Panther, Storm, Thing and Human Torch return to the Baxter Building with two guests after an outer space adventure (See Fantastic Four 544-546) and everyone needs a rest. Their attempt at relaxation is quickly interrupted when they discover that a alien bug has crossed over from the Negative Zone. The team throws everything they have at it but the creatures hide seems indestructible and nothing works. Even when Black Panther uses some of Reed Richards' weapons, the creature is unharmed.

Meanwhile, in Wakanda, T'Challa's relatives (his sister and two cousins) discuss their leader's actions. One cousin thinks they should take over in Black Panther's absence but the others talk him out of it. Instead, he settles on sneaking onto American battleships during the night.

Back at the Baxter Building, Black Panther decides to use one of the magic frogs to teleport the alien away. To do so though, the team needs to get close to the bug so the frog will work. When T'Challa activates the frog, the bug and the team are teleported to parts unknown. The Human Torch is the first to figure out where they are, a Skrull planet. As soon as T'Challa says the magic words, "Could things get worse?" the power cosmic-wielding zombies of Marvel Zombies arrive overhead.

It’s slobberin’ time! The New Fantastic Four just made a wrong turn on the inter-dimensional super highway -- and they’ve landed in the middle of Zombie-verse! That’s right, True Believer, if the Black Panther, Storm, the Human Torch and the Thing can’t come up with the perfect escape plan, they’re going to be the next hors d'ouvres for Zombie Galacti intent on eating the entire universe! Spinning from the pages of the mega-hit MARVEL ZOMBIES! AND the return of Lyja?

The Fantastic Four find themselves on a Skrull planet after using the Golden Frogs to escape the Negative Zone. They also see something approaching in the distance. It is the "Marvel" Zombies fresh from devouring Galactus. The Skrulls think they are being invaded. The giant bug creature from the Negative Zone came with the Fantastic Four and gives Ben a good pounding into the pavement.

At a Skrull Military Command post, the Skrulls have detected the human, but decayed figures approaching. They detect an energy signature similar to that of Galactus. Fearing the destruction of their planet, they start the Galactus Protocols.

Meanwhile, the Zombies are getting excited as they approach the "Skrull meat." Zombie-Luke Cage and Zombie-Iron Man continue to bicker as Stark tries acting as if he is of an upper class. Zombie-Spider-Man then slams into a force field as the others laugh at him.

Ben is still fighting with the bug creature and slams him with a huge boulder. T'Challa tells the team to gather closer so they can use the frogs to get out of there. They see a big Skrull fleet overhead and wonder what they could be after as it seems a bit much for just them.

Zombie-Wolverine slices through the force field using his claws and power cosmic. The Skrulls fire missles at them which are easily blasted away with the Zombies' power cosmic. Although now they are feeling a little drained and really want to eat.

The Fantastic Four are still fighting and see Zombie-Cage and Zombie-Iron Man just as they are about to teleport away. They just barely manage to escape getting stomped on by Zombie-Hulk. They end up in some sort of cavern and are attacked by, what appears to be, Super Skrulls. As Johnny slams into an invisible wall, he looks up only to be shocked to see Lyja, the Skrull that posed as Alicia Master and was married to him.

After defeating the Skrulls, they discover that they were an attempt to duplicate the Super Skrull. They were only able to get one power per Skrull rather than combine all into one. As Lyja holds Johnny's life in her invisible hands, Black Panther tells them that they will need their help to stop the Zombies up above. Ben also quietly asks if the Skrull holding Johnny is Lyja.

The Zombies have eaten the entire city. The Skrulls in the command post are ready to drop a bomb on them. The Fantastic Four are brought up here and Black Panther says they can try to defeat the threat if they all work together. Johnny asks the female Skrull if her name is Lyja. She is surprised that he knows her name but doesn't know who he is. Johnny reminds her that they met when she was sent to Earth to spy on them. Lyja responds that she's never been to Earth. When Johnny asks how would he know her name, she is just disgusted to even be near him. Johnny wonders if she's had a memory wipe. Ben wonders if perhaps they're in some kinds "cockamamie alternate universe."

Ben and Johnny now have an idea they want to bring to the others. Black Panther suggests traveling to Earth in order to figure out what the Zombies are. All of this is cut short when Zombie-Cage smashes through the building hungry for fresh meat.

'GOOD EATIN' Get out the hot sauce, True Believer -- it's slobberin' time! The Command consisting of Aquarian, Conquistador, Jennifer Kale, and Siege are prowling Citrusville Florida at the Swamp Monster Tour grounds.  They got reports of zombies in the area including one in a costume.  The Command stumbles at the zombie area and all of a sudden a zombie bits Siege in the face.  The other Zombies then tear Conquistador's body apart.  All of a sudden the zombie version of Deadpool pops out, injuring Jennifer Kale's arms to prevent her from using magic and bites Aquarian on the neck.  Jennifer Kale turns on a giant propeller and signals to Aquarian, whom then blasts Deadpool into it which slices him in many pieces.  After that Aquarian shields himself as he puts himself into suspended animation to try to purge the infection.  The zombie Siege then tries to eat Jennifer Kale but Siege's mechanical body turns on him and destroys his head.

Elsewhere a zombie leaves the swamp only to be killed by Man-Thing.

At A.R.M.O.R. Morbius has become the head scientist.  He gets a message from zombie Deadpool and claims that Deadpool lead the Command to the swamp as a trap and that Deadpool or the virus as entered the real world and wants to spread the zombie virus to super humans in order to spread faster.  At this point Morbius is trying to find a cure for the zombie virus that came from the zombie dimension which Deadpool escaped from, but he needs blood from a non-bitten person from that dimension to make the cure work. 

A.R.M.O.R. director Charles Little Sky then gets Machine Man and Jocasta(who haven't seen each other since they defeated Ulton with the Thing), and both of them transport to the zombie dimension to get the blood they need.

Morbius then goes into a hidden room in the lab.  In the lab is the real Morbius beaten up, bound, and being injected with an anticoagulant.  The other Morbius turns out to be the zombie version of Morbius who is undercover.

Overview

The monster hit shambles on! The intrepid robot heroes Machine Man and Jocasta have journeyed into the Zombieverse to secure the one item needed to save the Marvel Universe from undead infestation – but first they have to blast their way through the flesh-eating hordes of the Zombie Kingpin of New York! That’s right, writer Fred Van Lente (INCREDIBLE HERCULES) and artist Kev Walker (ANNIHILATION: NOVA) are going to reveal what happened during the five-year gap at the end of the original MARVEL ZOMBIES!

Summary:

Machine Man, Jocasta, and Director Little Sky arrive in the zombie world only Little Sky leaves them behind. They go searching fr the blood sample Morbius wants. It is revealed the Machine Man has n real care for people like he once did which discuses Jocasta. All of a sudden zombie versions of Vulture, Falcon, Angel, and beak attack Machine man and Jocasta from the sky. Beak grabs Machine Man only to have his head blasted off by Machine Man. Falcon rips off Jocasta's leg to only have it blow up and killing zombie Falcon. Machine Man then throws a big buzz saw right threw Angel and Jocasta rips out most of his intestines but flies away. However Machine man blasts a rocket at him.

Meanwhile zombie Diablo and Scorpion bring cans of food to Leader who is giving the food to a zombified King Pin and his wife Vanessa.

Machine Man then try to break into King Pin's building which is strongly guarded but they get a chance to sneak in. They see a group of Zombies lead by a zombie Black Bolt move out of a portal to King Pin and Jackal. They here about the agent in the other world and something about spreading the gospel. Jackal has also made clones of humans for the zombies to feast on. The two are then spotted by Vanessa how thinks they work for her husband. After they say they are travelers she says "Oh like the man on the flying surfboard."

It turns out years ago zombie ate the Silver Surfer and then gained some of his powers. They then left to find more flesh. This was the same time that Wilson Fisk was shot and infected by the first wave of the zombie attack. But he controlled his huner over his wife and protected her and then started his empire in NYC. But Vanessa agrees to give the two robots some of her blood.

They are about to leave the dimension until they see the human clones being eaten. Machine Man sees then being treated like robots. He decides to stay and save the clones while Jocasta goes back with the blood sample.

The epic battle of Zombie vs. Robot shambles on! All that stands between the flesh-crazed armies of the Marvel Zombies and the entirety of the Marvel Universe is…Aaron "Machine Man" Stack? And if he has to shoot, slice, explode, melt, dissolve, chop, crush, dismember, fry, electrocute, bludgeon, blast, harpoon, and, of course, insult every super-powered cannibal in the Zombieverse, well, that's just what he's gonna do. But unbeknownst to him, the Zombie Kingpin has already hatched a fiendish plot to ensure that all of the M.U. will be consumed by an undead apocalypse!

Summery

Back in the normal world, Morbius is being eaten by his zombie counter part but his healing prevents him from dying. But at the same time the zombie Morbius is dying of hunger.

Back in the zombie world Jocasta is being tormented by the zombie Wasp.

Meanwhile Machine Man is fighting against a massive horde of Marvel Zombies. He gets attacked by Absorbing Man ducking his mace. He then tries to absorb his metal but absorbs ower from another zombie by accident. Machine Man shots him from behind.

He then gets confronted by zombie Stilt Man. He chop's his head off easily.

After the fight he spots zombie Dr. Strange watching A.R.M.O.R. in a portal and is confronted by King Pin saying that is how he found out about the real Marvel world and sent a zombie spy to penetrate The Hollow. As soon as Jocasta returns with the Blood sample, the infection will begin. At that point Machine Man almost shots King Pin but is grabbed by zombie Medusa. He blasts her in the head from above. He is then charged at by zombie Ghost Rider but quickly has his head cut off.

Elsewhere in the zombie universe, A zombie Vision is strapped up by many mechanical devices by a zombie Scarlet Witch.

Machine Man then races off to Jacasta on Ghost Rider's bike before she can get back to the portal to the real world, but after and attack by a zombie Speed Demon, Whizzer, and Quicksilver, Machine Man violently crashes the bike.

Back at A.R.M.O.R. a female worker finds the real Morbius but is attacked by the zombie Morbius. She then turns into a zombie and attacks another worker.

Else where A.R.M.O.R. soldiers are surrounded by a mass zombie army.

Back in the zombie universe, Jocasta is picked up by Little sky and enters the portal assuming Machine Man is dead.

Miles away Machine Man lies torn apart, flesh melted and dying.

The horror hit reaches its blood-curdling, skin-eating, gore-caked climax! Machine Man trapped in the Zombie-verse! A.R.M.O.R. overrun by the walking dead! The Marvel Universe mere seconds away from being completely consumed by cannibalistic superhumans! All this, plus - straight from the pages of AVENGERS: THE INITIATIVE - the hottie robot Jocasta!

A new Midnight Sons team is formed in the wake of the Zombie Invasion to keep this kind of thing from never happening again.

Summery

Zombie Jackal leads the zombie versions of Leader, Diablo, and Scorpion to find Machine Man's remains. Behind them are zombie Lock Jaw, Black Bolt, and King Pin. As they wait, Black Bolt tells King Pin how he believes the zombie race is better of dead. but King Pin does not care.

Back at the A.R.M.O.R head quarters, Jocasta and the Director arrive back with the blood sample. Jocasta goes to the lab only to find zombie Morbius heading tones of people. Zombies have taken over A.R.M.O.R. Jocasta gets away but ends up getting trapped in the lab and is now holdong the door preventing zombies from getting in but at the same time is being tormented by zombie Wasp.

Back in the zombie universe, Jackal, Diablo, Scorpion and LEader find Machine Man's body which turns out to be a hologram being projected by the real Machine Man who is still alive a burns the four zombies. He almost gets kiled by Speed Demon and Quicksilver but there are running so fast that they don't see the finger bullets being shot by Machine Man. The bullets cut the two cutting them both in half. He gets attacked by Lock Jaw but Machine Man wrangles him and used his dimensional powers to find Jocasta.

Back at A.R.M.O.R. Jocasta kills Wasp and saves to A.R.M.O.R. members from the zombies. Machine Man arrives with Lock Jaw and shots all of the zombies. He then places a bomb in a brain and makes Lock Jaw eat it which causes him to blow up from the inside. All of a sudden Machine man is attacked from behind by the Zombie Morbius and is being beaten up badly. But then the real Morbius stabs him in the heart killing him. He gets hit by the zombie Captain Mexica but is killed by Machine Man. Jocasta runs up to Machine Man and the two share a passionate kiss.

Back in the zombie world the zombies are facing troubles due to the events caused by Machine Man. Doctor Strange makes it rain Manna. Black Bolt eats it. Black Bolt then turns around to find King Pin eating his wife.

Back at A.R.M.O.R. the Director tells Machine Man and Jocasta that it's not over. He is sending Machine Man and Jocasta to SHIELD for another project. But it turns out when the zombies were attacking A.R.M.O.R. something or somebody used the teleporter and sent themselves to random locations. A.R.M.O.R. must bring that thing back before more trouble starts. Morbius then tells the director that he wants to assemble and lead a team in this mission. The director allows it and asks him who is in the team. Morbius responds by saying it takes one to catch one and that the Midnight Sons must return.

It’s the Merc with two mouths! Deadpool travels to the Savage Land to retrieve what might be the deadliest bio-weapon the universe has ever seen. What is this deadly object? Well, Deadpool's employer is being a little vague about that. Let’s just say when the secret is finally revealed, it's enough to throw even the Merc with two Mouths for a loop…Oh hell, we can’t keep a secret, it’s the severed-but-still-hungry head of the Marvel Zombies Deadpool! To save the universe, Deadpool must team up with himself to dodge Hydra operatives, dinosaurs, cavemen and zombie cavemen as he attempts to take his not-so-precious cargo back where it came from: the Marvel Zombies Universe.

Summery:

Story opens with a video journal by Morbius to his ex-wife Martine. He explans to her what he has been up to and what his current situation at A.R.M.O.R. is.

In the ocean near San Juan, a gigantic cruise ship known as the Tranquility and the people is carrying is under a mass attack by a big number of sea monster called men-fish that the escapes zombies have bitten. As the Men Fish feed, a big portal opens and four people walk out. Jack Russell aka Werewolf By Night jumps out vicious goring the zombie Men-Fish. Jennifer Kale blasts a powerful spell on them while Daimon Hellstorm blasts reign of fire on them. Another one of Kale's spells sends many glass pieces cutting threw the men-fish. Morbius flies down holding two guns called pneumatic rifles which fire a small canister of oxidized bacteria which causes the men-fish two explode. It turns out Morbius found out that the zombie virus hides in the bone marrow because it can't survive in oxygen. He also made a vaccine protecting them from getting bitten.

Meanwhile near the island Nation of Taino in the Caribbean Sea, Simon Garth walks out of the water holding the head of the zombie Deadpool. It turns out zombie was kept captive by A.R.M.O.R. and escaped during the zombie attack the zombie Morbius let out in A.R.M.O.R. He then grabbed the still living head of Deadpool which has being tested on and then activated the portal at A.R.M.O.R. It was also them that turned the men-fish into zombies. As they make it on shore. They come across a cocaine lab surrounded by zombies. Turns out it is run by a bokor named Black Talon. Turns out Simon where the same mystical necklace that Black Talon has. He then sends Simon and Deadpool to a dungeon but not with out Deadpool going down without a fight.

Back on the ship, Kale tells Morbius that the ship is heading toward land with no way of stopping. If they don't stop the ship soon the virus will spread. Morbius who is with Werewolf, are at the bottom of the ship where they discover survivors who are torn up to shreds. Morbius then discovers eggs with baby Men-Fish in them. All of a sudden a giant zmbie version of Piranha burts out of the water attacking Werewolf and Morbius.

Back in Taino, Black talon is talking to one of his buys on the phone. He tells him he has a weapon that can kill all of the super heros and is offering to sell it to him. The buyer turns out to be The Hood.

Straight from the Dark Reign comes…The Hood! What the cloaked criminal wants, he gets—and he's after the zombie virus to wipe out the heroes once and for all! But standing in his way are the Midnight Sons—and they're not heroes…they're monsters! For the first time in many years, The Hood and his super-villain syndicate know fear...but where Parker Robinson goes, can the dread Dormammu be far behind? Story Opens with Jennifer Kale doing a video testament for her friend and fellow witch, Topaz. She tells her she wants to prove her self as a trusted member of the Midnight Sons. She tells her how after the attack by the zombie Siege, she went into a catatonic shock. She was later found by Morbius and she instead that she wanted to help the Midnight Sons fight the new zombie threat. She then tells her is she doesnt make it out alive then she is giving Topaz the Tome of Zhered-Na. And to be strong unlike she was.

Back in Taino in the West Indies the ship of zombified men-fish almost make it to shore but right before it can reach land, the ship blows up in a massive ball of fire. Jennifer Kale teleports Morbius and Werewolf of the ship before the explosion, while Hellstorm who caused the explosion survives the flames. Morbius yells at Hellstorm claiming that there might have been survivors on the ship while Hellstorm doesn't seem think of it. Jennifer stps the fight and her powers find where Deadpool and Simon Garth have gone.

Meanwhile in New York City, in Hells Kitchen, the Hood makes his plans to get the zombie virus from Black Talon, however, three of his gang members Crossfire, Centurious, an Mandrill are trying to convince him not to take the virus due to the fact that it destroyed the alternate universe. It soon turns out that Dormammu is telling the Hood on the other side that he wants the virus. Hood tells the gang that they will rise the price of the virus before Dr. Doom or Maggia cant take the virus. The Hood's gang tries to reason with him but Hood ends up winning, he and the Night Shift then take off to Taino to counter Black Talon.

Back on Taino in Black Talon's Plantation, Deadpool is locked in a bird cage and Simon Garth is chained in Black Talon's Dungeon. On the plantation, Black Talon meets The Hood who has the Night Shift accompanying him. They are about to make the deal until Dormammu warns Hood that the Midnight Sons are in the area. Hood and the Night Shift leave the meeting.

Moments later the Midnight Sons show up in a cemetery with many open graves. All of a sudden Morbius gets crushed in the face by Digger's shovel. Tatterdemalion then jumps Werewolf from behind and scorches his skin.

Needle then stabs Hellstorm in the chest with his electric needle with the Hood behind him. Jennifer tries to fight Dansen Macabre but her spells don't work on her. Digger then tries to bury Morbius alive but he springs back up do to blood touching his lips making him strong with his bloodlust. He springs from the grave and stabs Diger in the head with his own shovel followed by Werewolf slashing his chest. Hellstorm burns the needle out of his heart and the torches Tatterdemalion while Jennifer blasts a spell at Needle knocking him down while Morbius then attacks Dansen and bits her in the neck taking her blood.

Back in the dungeon, Deadpool manages to bit one of the guards hand while still in the cage turning the guard into a zombie and bitting the other guard. At that moment Deadpool and Simon Girth manage to escape.

Back outside, a group of zombie o out to attack both teams. Morbius then manages to use his vaccine gun on them. The zombies blow up but a green mist comes out of there bodies and kills the Night Shift. It turns out the vaccine makes the zombie virus air born. As Jennifer freaks out she is all of a sudden in the presence of Dormammu who offers her power if he comes with her.

Summery.

Jack Russell aka Werewolf by Night talks to his sister Lisa his current situation with the zobie invasion. At this point he doesn't care that he is a werewolf nor does he care if he lives or dies. He records the whole video testament drinking beer.

Back on Black Talon's plantation, The Midnight Son try extremely hard to avoid the zombie cloud accidently created by Morbius's anti-zombie vaccine. At this point Morbius feels major failure. As Hellstorm holds off the cloud The Hood tries to escape by teleporting but can't do to the absence of Dormammu. He then tries to shot the Midnight Sons but i stopped by Werewolf who knocks him out.

Menawhile in another dimension, Dormammu at time is speaking with Jennifer Kale. He offers Jennifer power but she refuses. She responds his offer by breaking a small capsule containing Man-Thing. Dormammu leaves with his offer still on the table. Jennifer comes back to the Midnight Sons who have the Hood with them.

Meanwhile the zombie Deadpool and Simon Garth are joyously walking in a small town scaring the locals when all of a sudden the undead cloud covers the town killing the people and turning them into zombies. Deadpool and Zombie have no effect on them. Little dod they know Man-Thin is following them.

Menawhile the Midnight Sons break into Black Talon's Plantation House to avoid the undead cloud. The Hood then knocks Black Talon out with a single punch deciding he would survive longer if he teamed with the Midnight Sons. As they take cover, Jennifer uses a spell in which she sees what Man-Thing sees. Morbius then gets in contact with Director Little Sky about the situation. He tells Morbius if he can't stop the zombie spread in Tanio, he will have to nuke the island much to Morbius's rejection.

Back in the village, Deadpool and Simon are encountered by the security force of super humans known as Wicked Brigade. All of a sudden the undead cloud covers the Wicked Brigade ripping them apart and then turning them into one bigger powerful super zombie. Man-Thing attacks the super zombie and the two duel it out violently. However the super zombie removes Man-Thing from the earth and slowly the undead cloud destroys Man-Thing making him crumble into pieces.

Back at the plantation Jennifer Kale is hurt over the lost of Man-Thing and leaves the room. She is meet up with Jack Russell who is turning into a werewolf and is tempting to bit Jennifer. In an act of fear she calls Dormammu for help.

Minutes later a group of zombies march towards the plantation. Morbius tells the men back at ARMOR that the mission is failed and that they are ready to leave the island but he is stopped by Jennifer Kale who just came back with meeting Dormammu and is now more demonic looking.

The Midnight Sons battle against the terrifying new mutation of the zombie virus side-by-side with...The Hood! Why does the trigger-happy Cabal member now fight for humanity? Could it have anything to do with the fact the dread Dormammu has abandoned him for a new, even more powerful minion? Or the frightening fact that the plague of undead is going to lay waste to the entire Marvel Universe?

Opening with the last ARMOR video testament. Daimon Hellstrom looks into the camera and tells his former wife Patsy sorry.

Meanwhile at the Hollow, Portal is stressed with the choice to nuke the zombie infected area of Taino.

Back on Taino, Morbius and Hellstorm try to defend the plantation shake from the zombie version of the Night Shift. The Hood joins them in the fight. Also at this time, Dormammu is now in full possession of Jennifer Kale.

Else were the Zombie Deadpool and Simon Garth stand at the remians of Man-Thing. Deadpool at this point is feed up with running and wishes that he was dead.

Minutes later as HEllstorm fends off the Night Shift, he is encountered by the possessed Kale who takes form of Hellstorm's dead wife Patsy who tries to mess with his mind but it doesn't work.

Also at the time, Morbius fights Jack Russell who has now been infected by the zombie virus. He tries to mess with Morbius by saying he is a failure as a monster but Morbius does not let this effect him.

Hellstorm in a fight with Kale, Hellstorm manages to sink into Jennifer's mind in order for her to remove Dormammu from her body. Both succeed and remove Dormammu and bring him back to his dimension.

Morbius then realizes that only Jack's human side is infected and not the Werewolf. He gets Jennifer to cst a full mon spell which changes Jack into the Werewolf. Jennifer then tells Mrbius that Dormammu's power froze the zombie cloud and that they need to transfer the virus into a host. They force Black Talon to help contain the virus. However the cloud sends the Wicked Brigade Zombie attacks the Midnight Sons trying to stop the containing of the virus. Werewolf and Morbius are defeated but all of a sudden, Man-Thing turns out to be alive and attacks the Wicked Brigade Zombie and kills it with his burning death touch. They still need a host for the virus and all of a sudden Simon Garth comes in the room with a burning mask that belonged to the zombie Deadpool. Zombie offers his body to be a host of the virus. Morbius then tells The Hallow to stop the nuke launch. The zombie virus as been stopped and Simon Garth is sent to be contained there. The Night Shift turns back into there human forms and them and the Hood teleport away. He tells the Midnight Sons that he will not kill them, but the next time they meet would be different. At this point the Midnight Sons have agreed to stay as a unit and fend the world from the evils that want the world destroyed.

Meanwhile somewhere in the ocean, the zombie head of Deadpool floats away in the distance.
