An underrated hero 0
Out of all the characters in the vast DC Universe there are a few that I find particularly interesting. A few of those are The Phantom Stranger and Red Tornado, whoboth appear this story though Red Tornado is the main character. I find Red Tornado interesting because he is like Data from Star Trek: The Next Generation, both want to become more human like and they are both androids except one of them can channel and manipulate red air. Preface:I was extremely excited to read this. it has one of my favorite artists, and its the Justice League.
