    Exciting, action-packed and suspenseful, Green Lantern continues to impress issue after issue. As the Third Army continues to wreak chaos across the universe, we see our newest Green Lantern, Simon Baz, get confronted by the Justice League.

    The art in this issue is brilliant, and I love how this comic shows us every character's situation: Black Hand stuck in the Chamber of Shadows, Simon Baz on the run from the Justice League and the Guardians of the Universe hatching their evil plans to destroy all free will in the universe. We even see Hal Jordan and Sinestro in the mind-blowing ending of this awesome issue that will have you drooling for what comes next. Phenomenal.

      I have really been enjoying this series since it started just over a year ago, and have enjoyed John's run prior to that. The work Johns has done in the Green Lantern Universe over the last 8 years has been phenomenal and he's made the lead character shine throughout, whether it be Hal or Baz. The series over the years has also had amazing artists and Mahnke has been one of the best.PlotThis issue sees the Guardians continue plotting their scheme to remove all emotion from the universe.       Why is it that so many hero vs. hero battles could've been so easily avoided? Honestly, Baz was perfectly willing to work with the Justice League, but as soon as Sinestro's remnants attack, the entire League is in full attack mode, despite Baz clearly not acting hostile. And even right before that, they League is drawn with an almost villainous appearance as they they all but demand his ring. I don't see why they couldn't use Wonder Woman's lasso before taking the ring off, he was perfectly comp...
