I'll have to go with both.

They are such cool characters and have such awesome personalities, that choosing one for the other, that to me, would make no sense.

In what power is concerned, I would say that Kaine is slightly more powerful, but until I see a showdown between the two there's no way to be sure.

Both characters have had great stories, that I can't actually say that one is better than the other.

they both are very similar, especially since they are asses and they don't even try to hide it, the main differences is that Miguel is a bright ass and Kaine not so much. if i have to pick one i would have to go with my "paisano" Miguel
