Of these 3 I go with Rorschach Bane was physically intimidating but that voice just didn't seem quite right. Overall I'd say Clancy Brown has the most intimidating voice on Earth.

Bane sounded clever and menacing, and a little condesending (a la Sir Connery). Same with Denzel when he lets his accent flow. Bane would torture you and rip your arms off; but Denzel in any given movie will torture you, cut your arms off, and feed them to your crying orphans and widow. Ok maybe not...I say Bane, only because the SFX made his voice thunderous. I got chills when he spoke. InB4 "you can't even understand Bane guyz"

I'd go with Bale's Batman, but given the options, I'm not sure. I've no idea who B is, and Bane could be intimidating at times (in terms of his voice; physically, he was ALWAYS a beast)...

I'm going to go with A because it's been a while since I've heard Denzel. Plus, if I heard some bigass Arabian merc with a Darth Vader mask on speaking behind me I'd crap my pants lol.

Rorschach is far more menacing, mainly because of his persona and attitude.

If you're referring to in comparison with Bane, maybe...Bane's mask just makes him more scary looking(not to mention his size)

But as far as Rorschach vs. Batman, Batman is far more intimidating. Rorschach is almost like Batman but not quite...the breaking the fingers scene was impressive and obviously he murdered that one guy but that was his choice(Batman can easily murder people but just doesn't)

Interrogation comparisons: breaking fingers vs. tossing a guy off 3 story building breaking his legs practically...I'm going Batman over Rorscha concerning persona and attitude lol.

I looked for the vid but can't find that scene, but I think Batman would have held the guy outside the window or something worse then breaking a few fingers lol. Just saying.

Bane is in the lead.

Bane's voice, or at least in the movie, anyway; doesn't have an intimidating voice. It's more luring than anything else. Rorchach is the one that has the intimidating voice. Denzel's is sorta alluring too, but once he's in the mood, the voice does turn intimidating.
