What if the Spurs had beaten the Mavericks in the WCF and then would've face the Heat for the first time in the 2006 Finals. Which team would had won in the 7 game series and who would had been Finals MVP? Would the Heat still won the championship or would the Spurs gotten their first repeat?

I think the Spurs would've won in seven.

San Antonio did beat Miami twice in the regular season. That may not mean much, but it's all I got.
