If its a mutual breakup than shes fair game though from what im hearing the girl might be a little on the annoying side but i dont know her so its your call on that one
Stay away from that! If you value your friendship then you would not make any moves on her. It can only lead to disaster, i have seen this situations a few times end friendships.
1. Does your friend still have feelings for her? 2. Does she still have feelings for him? 3. What was the context of their break up? Was it amicable or was it really messy? 4. Would your friend be OK if you fooled around with her? You also have to keep in mind that it could develop into something more so 5. Would your friend be OK if you ended up in a relationship with her? 6. Bros before hoes. And this is coming from a girl. Your friendship with him should be more important than nailing some "alright" girl, especially when she could be using you to A. make him jealous B. try and get over him or C. piss him off and hurt him.
