Yes, on a good day I can. But since I never have good days, I guess my final answer would be: No.

I used to do it with my best friends.. I could do backflip down from a trampoline and studds but now i lost the balance... I need to start wit parkour again, its really fun but u cant be a coward cus usually then is when acidents happen. I landed on my neck twice and no real damage

@elderskaar - That is 100% true, tho you can get hurt if you try dumb sh!t and fail. I was doing a double congo at bigger heights my shoulder popped a bit made me lose balance, i fell didnt roll properly and dislocated it.

I tried parkour for a little while, and while it was fun, it wasn't something I kept with. I still do quite a bit of agility training in my wrestling.
