DirecTV to drop 26 Viacom channels by midnight, tonight...

Looks like DirecTV has rejected to renew its agreement with Viacom. That said, 26 channels will be dropped. That includes Nickelodeon, MTV Network (all of the MTV channels), BET Network (and all of its channels), Comedy Central, VH1, Spike, and several others. I'm sure the lot of you don't care for most of these channels. But, I would like to know how Legend of Korra fans feel about this, provided that their service provider is DirecTV....

I know, right. Doesn't really bother me, because I don't watch any of those channels. As long as I have USA, SyFy, Cartoon Network, ESPN, my local channels, and Disney XD, I'm good.

I gotta be honest, the last time I turned on a television for a purpose other than playing my Xbox was probably 2006, and I actively hate Viacom, so if anything, this news actually improved my day.

I stopped watching Nickelodeon when they took Doug and Hey Arnold off air. never watched it for years, but I did love that Viacom logo.... I even have all the logos in my youtube favorites somewhere.
