If they are a troll then odds are the mods will notice and ban them (takes a while though), but if you are just calling people who disagree with you a troll constantly the mods will give you a warning (even though some mods do this themselves)

for calling someone a troll numerous times? they will ban you for calling someone a troll one time depending how you say it if you say your a f***ing troll stfu then yeah .. and yes they will ban you for calling the same person a troll mutiple times .. i usually just try to let it fly, edit my post if a mod intervenes and just go on with the thread like the troll doesnt even exist makes them( the troll) even more angier
