The True Form

I Heard Mr.Mxyzptlk has a true from that is practically never shown in the comics but Lois Lane once saw it (Whatever Happened To The Man Of Tomorrow) she said
"I can't describe what Mxyzptlk then became. He had height, width, depth... and a couple of other things." then I think he was shown as an energy being, My question is does anyone have the scans?, if so could you please post them.

It's worth noting that doesn't make it his true form. He may just as well have been trying to intimidate Superman. I don't recall any indication of that being more real than his normal appearance.
