Young Justice's Artemis joins Arrow Season 5

Oh man, the title almost made my heart stop? Are they really gonna call her Artemis and not Arrowette?

Another character for them to ruin.

Keep. Away. From. Arrow! She's a well written character that does not need to be influenced by Arrow's atrocious writers.

A small correction. While there is an Amazon named Artemis, Artemis Crock also exists with several differences from TV Show.

• Cheshire (Jade Nyguen) wasnt related to her
• She never Green Arrow´s "sidekick"
• She never had any costumes of the show in comics (she wore outfits similiar to her mother).
• She never has hero but a villian and she even fought Black Canary
• She had a romantic relationship with Icicle Junior and even had a baby with him

Of course, she appeared on N52 mainly in Teen Titans which she look more alike Young Justice version but nothing was build on her and she was women on regfrigerator for Tim Drake to question his leadership skills.

@theexile285: They are going with Artemis from the Young Justice TV show. Although it would have been cool to see Arrowette from the comics. The olympic gold medalist story could have been cool for Arrow.

I guess she'll be taking Thea's spot.

That, and Thea did call out WB/DC a while back for not connecting the TV Shows and Movies, and revealing they were forced to kill off their Suicide Squad characters because of the movie.

Maybe their response to that is Artemis in, Thea out.

They should introduce the original Wally West.

It's a cool character. I'm kind of worried after the last 1.5 seasons though.

No, replace arrow eith YJ it'll be much better.

How about they just spend the money on a YJ season 3.

I like Willa Holland. I like Thea too, but she was very hot and cold for me last season.

I hope Arrow gets their act again this season. Anywho, this should be a nice a replacement for Speedy. If the chemistry is anything like what Artemis and Green Arrow had in Young Justice I'd think fans should welcome it.
