I love both of them. Two of the greatest comic villains of all time. Right now, however, I'd probably pick Thanos because I've been buying up the original Thanos issues from the 70s, recently. And I just re-read Thanos Quest, Infinity Gauntlet & Infinity War, which are fantastic reads.

It's a tough choice but I have to go with Thanos, hell the guy's girlfriend is death :)

But Darkseid is pretty amazing as well.

Darkseid is more powerful than Thanos (without IG) but I dig The Mad Titan more.
