Who are Raven and Beast Boy in the movie Justice League vs Teen Titans?

The most recent animated DC movie is Justice League vs Teen Titans (Based on New 52). However i saw that Nightwing and Starfire have their normal age-, they are adults and Damian Wayne is going to become the new Robin of the Teen Titans but what the hell happened with Raven and Beast Boy? Why did they remain so young and are same age with the Damian? Shouldn't they be as old as Starfire and Nightwing? This was really confusing seeing Starfire aged but the other 2 being still kids for some reason.

@doflamingogt: In the New 52 Dick and Kori are adults, Raven and Gar are still in their teens. Simple as that. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

@doflamingogt: Starfire always been older that Raven and Beast Boy. In New 52 Starfire is young adult probably same age as Nightwing and Arsenal. Raven and Beast Boy are teenagers. And who says that Teen Titans arent formed by Original Five Titans.
