Easily Deathstroke. While what Merlyn and Ras did are generally bad, they at least had good reasons. Awful reasons with warped logic, but at least good reasons.

Felicity is defintely, She made the whole season bad to point a main characted died and future love interest for GREEN ARROW AND MAJOR ONE. Her acting is so crazy that fans were dropping the show left and right

In season one you could argue he has a sympathetic motive as a man wracked by grief and changed by the LoA, if still morally wrong in his execution. But over seasons two, three and four, the way Malcolm backstab everyone and manipulates the daughter he claims to live so much just goes to show any redeeming quality he ever had is gone.

Damien Dhark? man, I remember when Felicity was much beloved on this show and Thea was much hated. And that was only 2 years ago! The times do change.
