Well... I think that Barry could react to the blitz since he's like Mach 7 in the new season.

@brucerogers: yeah don't get me wrong lol, I've seen people post vague feats about Wally like him outracing instant teleportation (without mentioning how he absorbed the speed of every human running on Earth). I just don't get people who pair him up with street level heroes or even mid tier ones and expect a fair match.
