The powers they have depends on how far you want them to go, and what, if any enemies they will have (I know that sound outrageous but it's possible).

Basically if your hero has low powers like Bats, then it would be a major feat of PIS to put them up against ANY superhero.

But anyway, I wanted my hero to be able to do what superman can, but in a more limited way, so here she is.

She is the result if you crossed poison Ivy and Magneto.

Name: Iron Flower

Powers: Like Poison Ivy's in that she can make vines come out the ground so long a planet can harbor vegetation.

Limited Magnetic Manipulation: Can use it to erect an invisible force field around her. It looks like Magneto's if it get's hit by electricity. It can block almost anything, except for stuff that goes through magnetic fields easily like light and heat. She can block even air with it.

She can also fly due to diamagnetic manipulation on herself.

She cannot use diamagnetism on other stuff but she can use ferromagnetism to move ferromagnetic metals anyway she wants in visual range.

@bronze_surfer:

Hey..i just realized something. If she can block air with her magnetic shield she can block heat too. Because heat is conveyed through air, cool.

In space heat would go right through her shields likely. Of course, repeated abuse would down the shield.

Well yes it could however things like heat vision from superman would go through since it also has force behind it

@bronze_surfer:

Eventually...but that's why I'm avoiding DC like the plague. Sticking with Marvel. Period.

Little tip:

The Hero Machine is leagues better than Marvel's hero creator.

If it was not such a pain to use I would..believe me. The controls aren't as easy as Marvel's. In the time it take me to get one character right with HM, I can get 3 done with Marvel, limited as it is. Character mods are merely what I'm using it for. For a character I'm writing for fiction.

@lorbo: Why change your character all the time?

I think it really depends what environment you're creating your OC for, tbh.
