The powers they have depends on how far you want them to go, and what, if any enemies they will have (I know that sound outrageous but it's possible).
Basically if your hero has low powers like Bats, then it would be a major feat of PIS to put them up against ANY superhero.
But anyway, I wanted my hero to be able to do what superman can, but in a more limited way, so here she is.
She is the result if you crossed poison Ivy and Magneto.
Name: Iron Flower
Powers: Like Poison Ivy's in that she can make vines come out the ground so long a planet can harbor vegetation.
Limited Magnetic Manipulation: Can use it to erect an invisible force field around her. It looks like Magneto's if it get's hit by electricity. It can block almost anything, except for stuff that goes through magnetic fields easily like light and heat. She can block even air with it.
She can also fly due to diamagnetic manipulation on herself.
She cannot use diamagnetism on other stuff but she can use ferromagnetism to move ferromagnetic metals anyway she wants in visual range.
